Hi I’m Travis Byrd I’ve been trying to get in touch with them all the phones numbers cut off I haven’t heard nothing about my case over a year every time I called a year ago they say we’re have somebody to call you back they never did I started to think I been scammed.
I’ve been trying to reach them by phone as I had a case with them for the past three years although they have not resolved my issue for which I paid them. Today when I tried to call them I got a message that this number did not exist. I googled them and it says they are permanently closed!!!! They must be another scam. I lost over $5000 to them!!!

They did a great job. I was not sure who to hire at first. But they did everything they said. It took alittle over 5 months. I am very happy.
I talked to a few opt-out companies, did a lot of research, and wasn't feeling great about any of them. But Consumer Consulting Group were totally legit, explained everything thoroughly, and best of all, didn't ask for any money upfront. They actually delivered on their promises. Thank you!
CCG helped my family to get out of our timeshare. For the entire duration they were hired for, they managed to make it quite stress free. When something was unclear, I would asked about it and would get an answer with the clarification. The whole experience went quite smoothly. My situation was resolved in the end.
Office address doesn’t exist , no customer service , no responses to emails after collection of payment . Do not use them .

I called them up, received a consultation Unfortunately it felt like a salesman from a timeshare company talking to me , pressured to sign up , I sad I’m not sure yetBecause I owed 25,000 stillAnd they said my fee could be between 9-17,000 , ummmm I’ll just keep it then Ty you're right , `I'm not a customer anymore but i was briefly, take responsibility for your greediness
