Colourpop Customer service is top notch My pallets was in my mail box and I hadn't gotten it when there Customer service reached out asking how I like the product I told them I hadn't received it, they come back with all the tracking information without even being askedI went and grabbed it and when I say the color is amazing I mean its right up there with their customer service Great product great service I wish all companies worked like this
I love their micro brow pencils and their crème color sticks. I always buy both in bulk. They are very much staples in my makeup collection.

Bought a variety of things over a couple months, some big hits some just decent- highlights were their eyeshadow pallets and especially the creme to powder formula eyeshadow. Had some problems with their creme eyeliner packaging (the twist up not twisting up) as well as brushes. Brushes are decent but one has already broken after 6 months of not even once a week use (bristles no longer fastened in to the handle, happened all at once). But, it’s all pretty affordable compared to other things, so I can’t blame them too much and overall I would recommend a number of their products.
Have used their products for a few years. Always good quality at a bargain price. Foundation works well on mature skin. Recently ordered online. Package came in less than a week.
The colors are fabulous and the products are top shelf with a reasonable price.

Took over 12 days to get this and it’s still not here! I ordered it on 11/26 it’s 12/111 and still no product! Won’t be ordering from them again.
I like the products and their pricing is good, too.What I don't like is that they don't put the actual price one paid on the package, but the original price.That way, if there's a sale and you're ordering from Germany, you have to pay taxes for the full price and not the actual, reduced price that you paid.I've told them about the problem, but they don't seem to care.
I ordered a kit accidentally (not sure how I pushed or accepted the purchase). I would say that it was borderline deceptive. Anyway, I advised their support immediately, and they said to return the package. I actually refused the package, and USPS processed the "return to sender". The sender received the package on 11/18/25, and never once has support followed up or has the company processed the refund. This has led to a chargeback dispute (which will cost the company money with their processor).
It was pretty easy to purchase and it arrived earlier than expected, in a safe package so it wouldn't be damaged. Once I used it, the consistence is pretty creamy and shiny, the colours are bright and it's just wonderful!
Colourpop is one of my top favorite brands that I have ever used for makeup. I have so many palettes, lippies, blushes and Super Shock Shadows that I can't even count. I am also obsessed with the Jelly Much Shadows. Also obsessed with their Gel Eyeliners. They have so many colors to pick from. If it was up to me and I had all the money in the world, I would buy everything that they have. Well, all of the palettes, SSS, Eyeliners, Matte Liquid Lipsticks, Jelly Much Shadows and Blushes. I so wish I was on their PR List. That would be my ULTIMATE DREAM!!!!!!!!!
