Will not be investing as you require a mobile phone number and there is no signal here. According to the Financial Ombudsman all banks have to provide an alternative to a mobile phone and therefore you are not complying
Your website is absolutely abysmal I've spent the best part of two hours trying to access and pay as for some reason the money hasn't come out my bank despite being in. This is causing me so much mental stress anxiety and panic attacks at the moment due to there being a £25 charge despite it being a problem with your website. I have tried ringing at 5pm and got cut off 3 different times and I am absolutely appalled at the service you provide. Absolutely disgusting leaving people's mental health to suffer like this.
Your website is not working properly, I am unable to log in to my account.The link that your system sends to me when I request a reminder does not work, for the past 3 days I have been unable to reset my password and am unable to get thru to a call agent.
I contacted them by e-mail because my motorcycle insured by them was stolen. They didn't respond even in 1 week. No one should take out insurance with them.

Cancelled an insurance policy with them and waited for confirmation.Instead they regsiter a Default Notice on my credit file and continue demanding payments.Have reported to FCA, they are a disgrace to the Financial Industry.
