I am very disappointed with their…

I am very disappointed with their service and attitude. This time I had to order Clinique products and got them shipped to my country through a forwarding company. One piece was missing. My package arrived unbroken and untouched. They refuse to provide any record that the missing item was assembled. This is the last of many occurences of bad attitude towards me. I fully understand that humans are sitting on the opposite side of the screen, but I am always polite with them. In a word, I can't find who is responsible. The forwarding company says that they undertake responsibility only if the package got damaged on its way to my country. But it was safe. The Clinique refuses to provide any official record of how my parcel was being processed.

I made a New Year's order(order number…

I made a New Year's order(order number 7596611050), and they didn't send it, then they said they would send it again, apologized, and then completely canceled the order. It's just disgusting.

Absolute disgusting disgraceful company. Took my money, didn't send my order and no communication re same. All days before Christmas. I will never use Clinique again. Worst company ever

I’m still waiting for an order with empty customer service promises.

I’m still waiting for an order that was placed nearly a month ago. I call the customer service line and talk with a representative (twice) who agrees to send a new order and expedite the shipment. So far nothing comes. They don’t give me an order number and state I will receive an email when my purchases ship. No emails have been received. At this point, my orders will not make it in time to give at Christmas or my daughter’s birthday. Shame on you Clinique!

Clinique “Customer Service” does not…

Clinique “Customer Service” does not exist. No one answers the phone, chat is useless and the internet gives no options to help contact them. After several hours on phone hold, then 2 days of trying to get chat to reply, I cancelled my order (which supposedly shipped 3 weeks ago with no tracking info except “carrier has not received the package”)I don’t understand how such a big and trusted company can turn into such a horror.

Unimaginably BAD "customer service"!!!

Although I like their products, their customer service is beyond horrible!! In fact, it seems to be getting worse as time goes on. I tried multiple times over multiple days (morning, afternoon, & evening) via both their 800 number & their Live Chat feature to reach any live body. NO ONE ever responded to Live Chat & after finally reaching a live body on the 800 number, they were clueless about the matter, put me on hold, & then transferred me to someone else. Person #2 was also clueless, put me on hold, & then allegedly transferred me to the "proper department". Person #3 had no idea what to do & continuously put me on hold to allegedly "research the matter". After more than an hour of such nonsense, person #3 claimed she would submit the matter to ??? & request they contact me to resolve the matter. I had to ask multiple times when I might hear back & person #3 claimed "within 24 - 48 hours". It's very clear that Clinique does NOT care about their alleged "customer service"!!! My problem is actually a very simple one, yet everyone at Clinique is clueless as to what to do. Even Amazon now has better customer service than Clinique does & that's very sad. Apparently Clinique no longer cares if they loose long time, loyal customers to their cosmetic competitors.

The worst customer service

The worst. They delivered a package to the wrong address. They are forcing me to go to UPS to seek a claim before they will help me. UPS is incompetent. Online agent was borderline rude "that's the policy". This has taken over 1 hour to try and get someth8ng and i am still waiting days later ... no answer from UPS. Do not order from their site ... its horrible service !

Zero. Support and delivery went downhill. Was using for 8 years. Goodbye, Clinique, as you don't care about customer satisfaction anymore!

I placed an order on 23rd October

I placed an order on 23rd October. I wanted it ASAPand they said delivery within 3 working days. They took my payment but then i had to keep ringing for updates as none by email. Eventually on 31st October they said it was lost somewhere and they would give me a refund. Won't shop with them in future. Rubbish service

She’s not just someone I see at Boots she’s become part of my daily routine!Her customer service is outstanding she’s warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what she does. You can tell she really cares about her customers. I could go to any other Boots store, but I always come to this one just to see her because I know I’ll get the best service and the best skincare advice every time.Honestly, I’d give her 100 out of 10. Order never received, EXTENDED wait time in dealing w/customer service - offer for 15% off next purchase!!!! Still haven't provided item I paid for !.... will have to find another brand, will not purchase from them again!

Customer Service Needs Improvement

I placed large order with Clinique, but it never arrived. Dealing with customer service has felt like a full-time job. I had to repeat my story to multiple agents, each promising I’d receive emails with updates that never came. Every time I followed up, it felt like starting over from scratch.I still haven’t received my products or a refund. While the agents were polite, the process was confusing, time-consuming, and ultimately unhelpful. I hope Clinique can improve communication and follow-through so future customers don’t have to go through this exhausting experience. I’m hopeful that my situation can be resolved, and I’ll be happy to update my review if I finally receive my order and proper support.

This is the scammiest website ever

This is the scammiest website ever. I ordered $60, 2 items, and was never ever prompted for an address. I didn't think about it until after paypal processed and went to click on the cancel button in the email which leads to nothing but advertising products. My account doesn't contain the order, so I go on chat, agree to terms, etc. Crickets. Try to call the 800 number, just continues ringing. Rest assured I will never purchase from clinique again. Ran out of my 60 minutes to cancel due to their shady techniques that make it impossible to cancel.

A nightmare experience

A nightmare experience. My order was damaged during the shipping process, and the post office returned it to the Clinique. It was possible due to insecure packaging. It took me 10th chat just to request to reship my order. Sometimes I had 3 hours waiting in line just to chat with them. 3 weeks later, they reshipped , and the same thing happened again. I contacted Clinique again about this. I told him (supervisor) that I need these items badly. But they did not take responsibility for this problem; they did not want to reship, and they said they would only refund my purchased item. The bonus full-size item that was in my order, they did nothing about it, and there was no replacement, after I waited 1 month. You know, to get the bonus full-size item, I had to order up to a certain amount $. The customer service supervisor even dared to ask me to reorder again. A very bad experience. I would give this customer service 0 (zero) stars if I could.

Order never arrived or replaced

Order placed almost a month ago, never arrived. Item was "damaged" during shipment and never delivered. Contacted customer service last week, they said they'd send a replacement, and never did. Not even an email confirmation. Also, their website is super clunky and slow, links don't load.

Poor Customer Service

My order was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, Sept 2. The driver came on Saturday, August 30, when we were out. He phoned us, said he was outside our building. We told him that the delivery was scheduled for Tuesday, September 2. He said, “Well, I have some time, so I try to deliver”. Told him there is nothing we can do because we were out in Richmond. He said he will come back on Tuesday, then. We waited for him on Tuesday, September 2. He didn’t show. Waited on September 3, he didn’t show. We tracked the shipment every day, but there was no update since August 30. Finally, I called Clinique on Friday, was told to keep tracking. I said, I can’t be waiting for the delivery everyday. I need a better idea of when the order will be delivered. The receptionist finally said she would contact the delivery company. Then, I got an email saying “...we have reached out to the courier AppleExpress regarding the status of your parcel. They confirmed that the order will be returned back to our warehouse since they could not enter the building/no answer. We apologize for the inconvenience...” On the website, it says it will deliver a second time, but it never happened. I find the service from Clinique is utterly unacceptable. They used a delivery company that does not fulfill their obligation. Clinique does not take any responsibility to ensure it works with a reliable partner. I will not order anything from them again.

After many years of ordering online

After many years of ordering online, I will never do this again! I ordered a month ago and never received updates about shipping. I called and was advised that the bonus package was no longer available which was part of my original order. Due to this item no longer being available this would not be included in my order. This was the entire reason I placed an order at this time and feel like I have been penalized down to the company never shipping the order out on time. It appears my order was stuck and the order was never sent out to the mail company for delivery. I asked for a refund.

The absolute WORST….DO NOT ORDER FROM…

The absolute WORST….DO NOT ORDER FROM Clinique….my order finally came ( it was a gift ) 13 days after ordering….packing was HORRIBLE…. A full size take the day off had leaked all over the articles ruining them !! And it was missing 11 items , called customer service…waited 25 minutes for someone to answer call…assured me a new order would be sent out and I would receive by today ( I need it for tomorrow)… wel no package today. Called and waited. Another 30 minutes to find out it hasn’t even been shipped yet …. Asked to speak to a supervisor…another wait for 15 minutes….told me now it wasn’t shipped overnight…shipped DO NOT EVER EVER ORDER FROM CLINIQUE ON LINE !!!

I can't get a hold of customer service

I can't get a hold of customer service I ordered all about clean" liquid facial soap" and Moisturizer Surge"Overnight Mask" I received my package today August 22,2025 at 12:54 delivered from onTrac. When I opened the package, I only received the liquid facial soap, I was so disappointed to see there's no Moisturizer Surge coz I was really looking forward on trying that product. I chatted customer service right away to tell them I have a missing order, I have been waiting no response and I have been calling only to be on hold for 30 minutes and I kept calling and calling nothing. I would really like to have my order Moisturizer Surge Overnight Mask. Customer service is very bad, on hold for half a day. I want my order now I have to deal with customer service till they send me my missing order.Update 8/23/25Finally got a hold of a representative, they will resend my missing order Moisture surge overnight mask.It will take 5 days for the process. Thank you Clinique, I can't wait to use the moisture surge mask. I will update again once I receive my missing order.Update 08/26/25I have received my order Moisture surge overnight mask. I'm really glad they resend it. Ordering online was one of my fears then having a missing order gave mire reason not order. But once you get a hold of their customer service the process is quick. I'm contented and I love Clinique so I will sure order more of their products, i just hope my orders will always be complete. Reading all the negative reviews about their customer service scared me when I had the issue. I can say they have a good reliable customer service,the process is also quick. Thank you Clinique I changed my rate to 4 stars because it takes hours or even a day to get a hold of customer service. I hope they improve.
