ARE THE LIGHTS BACK ON??? LET YOUR REPEAT PAYING CUSTOMERS KNOW YOUR ELECTRICITY IS OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT WHEN I GET RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE SHOP!!!! 10 am appointment on SATURDAY! Calls me at 9:55 to reschedule at 3 pm! UNACCEPTABLE. I HAVE TOLERATED shady and unprofessional behavior from this stylist before. This takes the cake. Doesn’t offer accommodation but offers to cancel my appointment and refund my deposit! Mine you my services are over $200. But she accommodates herself when it comes with your services, being late and assisting other clients in rude comments about me and my child. And I still don’t understand myself why did I keep going to her. Don’t let her tell you she doesn’t have change that’s her game to take your whole bill. She takes payments for services she didn’t do. She doesn’t acknowledgement when she’s over paid. Then she calls my phone acting more unprofessional and playing victim. When she has her assistant that does nothing but gossip and can’t shampoo call me 5 MINUTES before the 2 week in advance appointment. Then threatens me when I let her know that I will let all that I know about the major inconsiderate stunt and stunts she pulls on her regular paying customers. Avoid this person at all cost. Watch it don’t, I guess get on her “bad side” she will jump on social media and put your business on their. She’s done that to other customers and I knew that should have been a 🚩.Please don’t speak to her guy friends when they come visit. The review from Crissy on google don’t count she’s the assistant. Wish I could a give zero stars for the BS I dealt with. It’s plenty other stylist do a better silk press and provide professional customer service.
