I enjoyed using this platform. I was wanting to start taking medication as soon as possible for my BPD. I was able to sign up for this platform, schedule an appointment and get prescribed medication all in the same day. It was a really simple and easy process.
I have been using Cerebral for years and I have enjoyed the care I continue to get. The staff has always been great at listening to my needs and seems to genuinely care about helping me.
I am extremely disappointed with Cerebral! I saw a Dr, then she canceled for follow up. I was charged ! I went to pharmacy to pick up meds and my refills had been closed out! I could not pick up vital mental health meds with significant side affects if not taken!I go in to rebook and find that there is an error message indicating a problem with the drs licenses!!! No warning. No contact. Just left me with no medication!!!This is deplorable and I will not be paying my outstanding bill due to having to pay another Dr for the same meds!!
The convince of everything being in your phone and mailed to your door is a real game changer. The app can be a little buggy with new features as they roll out, however this doesnt effect the level of care you receive in the slightest.
I started cerebral almost 3 years ago now and it changed my life for the better. I have tried countless other therapist, programs, and medications with zero success. Then I came across cerebral postpartum from my second baby. I started medicine first and the prescriber listened to everything I had to say and got me on a working combo. I then started weekly therapy sessions and after 2 years of hard work I can say I no longer have active depression and can manage my anxiety.
Since the last pandemic the landscape for mental health has changed, personally I feel it is for the better. Telehealth is an effective way for communication between a provider and a client. Allowing easy access for a client to access a provider is fundamental in addressing the mental health concerns of today. Unfortunately mental health still carries a stigma, one that will hopefully be changed soon due to the effects that this company Cerebral is making.
My Psych Nurse, Karen, literally saved me! I was in crisis going manic over and over with my bipolar. Cerebral got me in right away with a provider that listened and helped me with my medication that made a HUGE difference. I highly recommend Cerebral!
I just started coming here when my aunt told me about it and I already love it my therapist is amazing and is straight up with me the app and using it online is so easy to do and they take so many insurances would recommend

I’ve used other mental health platforms in the past, including Talkiatry, but I never truly felt seen or supported until I started using Cerebral. The platform is easy to use, well organized, and genuinely patient focused.I’m especially grateful for my nurse practitioner, Anna Ladler. She is thoughtful, compassionate, and truly listens. I feel supported, understood, and cared for in a way I hadn’t experienced before. Cerebral has made a real difference for me, and I highly recommend it.
I always feel like they do a good job actually listening to what you're saying and what you need. That's hard to come by in my opinion.

Been a good experience for me.
Initially enjoyed my experience with cerebral; however, they’ve changed get the way they bill insurance due to “detailed review and complex decisions required to manage my health” which is absurd because neither my medication nor my dosage changed yet cerebral is charging me and my insurance company 25% more than they have in the past. A 10 minute call with a provider to confirm that my meds are working is not complex and it’s NOT detailed.
From the start, Cerebral has been great. I have had the help and guidance I’ve needed and been treated really great the whole time. I strongly recommend Cerebral to anybody be thinking about it. Don’t hesitate, don’t wait. You’ll be so happy you did.

The doctor was very helpful and professional. Despite the issue I have with my insurance, she was able to help me and prescribe me much-needed medicine for 3 months. I like that my medicine will be sent straight to my home. Very convenient.
