They are the greatest!
They are the greatest!Full refund AND free unlock. Prompt attention. The holdup was at the original supplier of my iPhone 4s who were not releasing for some reason. This is great service, fast, even on weekends.

Don't be fooled they are not in the UK
The site implies they are UK based. They are not. So delivery by mail takes 7-10 days not 48 hours. No reply to emails enquirung about the order. The ruggedised iPhone 5s case with a lanyard I ordered was a) not dustproof b) camera controls were not accessible

Avoid like the plague
Scammers Ordered a iPhone 6 plus featherlight hard cover printed with my own image from this site with a UK web address at £12 odd nearly a month later I get a package from Hong Kong that contains my case which is thick gel type that won't even allow phone to charge on a dock because the thickness of the case won't allow it to push down onto the connector enough. The printing is not aligned as I edit it on site and the print quality is appalling. Avoid like the plague

Poor service, no means of contact, sh1t
Ten days and still waiting, just seen the product I ordered and paid £30 for on Amazon for £10.50, will not answer emails and frankly ten days delivery time is pathetic. Order 744942 if you wish to reply which I doubt. they will. Companies like this are what spoil the internet marketplace. I buy a lot on-line and in hundreds of transactions about three stand out in their crappiness this is one of them. Do not give this company your money!

avoid dealing with this company
I bought an in car camera I did not know it was a Chineese company it was poor quality and could not read the instructions I had to pay to return it to an address in London it was signed for but I am still waiting for my refund avoid very poor quality and customer service.

Arm case for htc sensation
Arm case that doesn't fit your arm. Only just fits my forearm and at 5' 7" tall, doesn't make me a giant. Also sold for joggers etc, yet does not have a hole for the jackplug to go through to the phone. Avoid at all costs, even though the delivery was adequate, the product is a second bit piece of rubbish...would cost me too much to send back....or I would gladly get a refund.

Incredible prices - been using for 5+ years
I have been buying all my cell and mobile phone accessories from cellphoneshop.net for the last 5+ years. Their site is very user-friendly and it's not difficult to search and drill down what you're looking for. Their prices are absolutely incredible (~75% less than what you would pay in your local store). However, "some" items can be cheaply made and therefore, I sometimes buy 2 of something just in case, which is still more than 50% less of what I'd pay in a store. If it wasn't for this minor risk, they would get 5 stars instead of 4.

He leído, lamentablemente tarde, muchos comentarios de compradores en la misma situación. El pedido nunca llegó. He denunciado la operación en la compañía VISA y no descarto llevar a cabo otras acciones. Compra en empresas con garantías, comprar en esta es perder el dinero. No te arriesgues Mi compra fue en cellphoneshop.es, que es la misma compañía cellphoneshop.net. i MADE AN ORDER on MAY the 1ST AND 27 DAYS AFTER HE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE MERCHANDISE. After 15 days, BY MAIL they wrote me orde WAS SENT on MAY the 3th. Of course I have no proof of delivery of the goods and the only thing I have is a standard response: in certain areas shipments can take longer. I have, unfortunately late, read many comments from buyers in the same situation. Goods never arrived. I have reported the operation in the company VISA and do not rule out other actions. Buy companies with guarantees, buying in this one is wasting money. Do not risk.

Shipping takes 7-10, now I know the post in the UK isn't brilliant but there is no way they are a UK company. So they've started with a lie - so can't be trusted.

Avoid!!!
I received the completely wrong item. Several emails later still no response. I spoke to my credit card company and they were familiar with cellphoneshop as many other customers had similar experiences. They are criminals!

I live in France, and after my first order in this company I had my credit card number stolen ( it was a brand new card, first use). Immediately after my order my account had debit from Vietnam. I send a mail to cellphoneshop and I am still excepting a answer.

Dreadful Company
No communication regarding delivery or shipping, then, when several days passed, I rang a UK 0800 number to get put through to some foreign land call handler who could not understand me and it took several attempts to make him understand what I was saying. Best advice do not deal with them. They are still not taking action to refund my PayPal payment. Still PayPal will sort I am sure.

Not recieved my item and they are very untrusted company
I bought a 10 pound android controller, been over a month yet havent got it. Messaged them and they reply its on its way!. Very poor service. It says uk then why does it take over 1 month to come. I just hope I get my item and then im never purchasing anything from that sire again

Unbelievable prices on lightning cables for Apple products, took the gamble and they shipped quick, packed well and the cables work perfectly! I bought 10, wish I bought even more now!!

Good price and quick delivery
I bought a Samsung combination keyboard and cover unit for my 10.2 tablet. It arrived quickly and I was able to get the bluetooth connection working without too much trouble. Keyboard is a bit unresponsive (I have a light touch) but overall it was quite a good buy.
