I have worked with Jessica Hannesson at the Cabinet Center on multiple projects. From a full kitchen remodel, to playroom shelving, and several bathrooms in between, she has been such an asset to each project. I would highly recommend her.

We love our floors and the great…
We love our floors and the great service we got at Carpet One! 25 yrs ago they put carpet on the main floor and about five years ago put carpet in our basement. Last Saturday they completed a job installing wood laminate in all rooms on main floor with the exception of the bathroom. We love the new flooring! Scott, Ashley, and Jordan did a wonderful job!

Carpet One has been nothing but great …
Carpet One has been nothing but great to our homebuilding company and to our clients. The service is great on the front end, (we love the service the interior designer provides!) and if there is ever a warranty issue, they are really responsive. The thing I appreciate the most is that the owners are just really good humans - you always know they are going to strive to do the right thing every time -!

Do more research next time
Salesman was friendly and knowledgeable on products. Gave good advice on what to use. The installation of the flooring went good and looks nice. The transition pieces were not ordered and took an extra month for them. The base boards had to be redone. I paid to have them removed and reinstalled. After removing them they were no good. Not their fault. I bought new ones for them to install. They looked terrible, did not angle the corners. When I asked why ,they said that is not standard practice. That's funny because the old ones were and so is the rest of the house. They were replaced at there cost.The installation was contracted out and not done by carpet one employees. At one point I was told I had to contact the subcontractor, I did it once. The next time I said I am paying carpet one, you set it up and get back to me.Would I use Carpet One again??? Even though everything turned out good in the end, I would do more research on other companies before going back.

Carpet Was not what they said it would …
Carpet Was not what they said it would be. Also, They charged me for work they didn't do. When I went back to get my money back they charged me with carpet Pad I told them not to install. Now the seams in my carpet are plainly visible they just say that it is just the way it goes. I will never use them again and I will never recommend them to anyone.

Don't buy anything from Carpet One
Don't buy anything from Carpet One! I've made the same mistake for the third and last time. They screw every order up and, don't stand behind their products and services and never follow-up. The owners are the culprits and set the culture. They can't even keep good help.

I love my flooring and tile! Sarah Wise is amazing. I couldn't have chosen anything without her help and advise!My only complaint would be the carpet installers who left lots of nicks in my baseboards and woodwork!

This is the fourth time I've used …
This is the fourth time I've used products from Carpet One. While their suppliers tend to drop a product without notifying them, they have always made sure I was happy with the product and always willing to provide guidance and advice. For example, we had purchased two rooms of vinyl flooring from them and went back for the same flooring to do another room. When we went in to buy the additional flooring, we found the type we needed had been discontinued. The manager found us a flooring that was almost identical and told us if we were unhappy with how the original and the new flooring went together, he'd replace all of it at no charge. That's customer service!
