Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. After 20 years in business this is the most helpful company that I have dealt with. They went above and beyond to sort out our setting up issues. You can speak to a real person and even get the same person each time if you want. How refreshing.

Unfortunately my experience with Card Comparison UK limited has not been good. Once I had placed my order, there was a catalogue of errors and miscommunication. I am constantly having to chase to find out what was going on. Even a simple request to outline the timeline of the process and who I should be receiving information from could not be provided. The order is still not complete and its over 6 weeks later.If you are after a new card machine, this can be handled, anything else I would go elsewhere.

We have just signed up with Card Comparison
We have just signed up with Card Comparison and our new machine is a massive improvement on the previous on. We would also like to say that Kathryn and Gary were really helpful in helping us make the switch and saw the process through from start to finish. Would definitley recommend using them.
