Camerapowerpro/2 batteries and a charger
I got the 2 batteries and a charger for my camera which didn't work out for my camera as promised on their website. When I reached out to the company via email I saw the email came back as undeliverable. Then I found another email address and the system sent me a link to Customer Support page that didn't work/404 error code. Then I reached out to the company that mailed me the product and discovered the purchase went thru Ebay somehow. I explained "Oh, no. I was never on Ebay." The seller paid $12 for my shipment which I in turn paid him $36.97. So the moral of the story is to do your due diligence and make sure the company/website isn't a scammer. There are numerous other complaints filed against this company on other websites. This company also uses the name Exaries. Beware.

Approach With Caution
I am amending this site to three stars from the one star it previously earned. I ordered a replacement battery for a video camera on Tuesday 7/25. I paid for the advertised 2-3 day expedited shipping. When I tried to rack my package, the company website was unresponsive after I filled out the request for information. The phone number they list for assistance rang four times and then disconnected. It looked for all the world like a scam. Then today, I received a battery in the mail. Not sure it was the brand I ordered, but it does fit the camera, so that is something. However, there is still no way to connect with this company when problems arise, as they invariably will. I would approach with caution.

UPDATE
UPDATE. I did receive batteries but not what was pictured and what I thought I was ordering. Still no contact from anyone and the batteries were $11.99 and on amazon they were only $7.99. Must be third party type thing. I wouldn't advise shopping from them. Buyer beware.

Terrible Batteries - Even Worse Customer Support
I ordered a couple batteries for MacBooks - 13" and 15". Ordered them on April 10th - got the battery finally on April 23rd. After installing I got a "Service Battery" message on my laptop. I used a battery utility to see what was going on. It showed the new battery capacity at 53%! It makes sense because the battery weighed a lot less than the original battery that went bad. I emailed their customer support the same day. They replied on April 30th saying they would send out a replacement. I waited and waited....sent emails on May 11 and May 25th - nothing. Tried to make calls and after waiting on hold for a few minutes - am told there is no one to help. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges...Worthless!

SCAM from what I experienced
SCAM from what I experienced. I ordered a battery for my camera over 2 months ago. When it was a week late, I requested a refund and camerapowerpro agreed to refund the money, but I never received the refund back in my account. It seems to be a scam. The company or whatever it is, doesn't have any real Customer Service, nor does it respond to any complaints on their own web site. I need someone to go after camerapowerpro.com to put a stop to their advertizing for camera batteries and to get them to return ALL the money they took, as well as fines and jail time for fraud. They MUST remove their fake 5 star rating that deceives customers, and rips them off. The rating system should have a NEGATIVE - BLACK STAR rating system to warn customers of serious issues with their orders and with dealing with these type of companies. Thank you. 4/24/2020 12:42 PM
