Most unprofessional service by BTC and their Medical Director Dr Assor!
We spend four (!) months engaging with BTC, including countless interactions, incurring expenditures and spending many hours with the local BTC team in Portugal (who was doing their utmost to support us). Yet, the doctor deciding over our son’s treatment, Dr Assor, never conferred with us - despite numerous requests - nor shared her assessment with us. Rather an advice was relayed through a chain of intermediaries Dr Assor seemingly made a remote diagnosis contradicting another UK doctor re his eligibility (based on written advice backed up by a report) and without ever fully assessing the case. This is not a professional medical shop whatsoever. Don’t waste your time on this shop as there are alternative providers
