I purchased a ring from Boutique Ottoman, and it was clearly damaged in transit. After contacting them, I had a response within under an hour and they arranged a remedy immediately. Despite the initial product arriving damaged, I have to give them 5 stars with how quickly they sorted it. The quality of the received product is fantastic, also. I believe some people are just incapable of reading when I see them complain that "free shipping" doesn't mean "I don't have to pay any import fees for the product I chose to order internationally", this is a potential given with any item ordered internationally..

I bould Zultania gemstone silver ring. The gemstone is beautiful, but the silver ring and the pattern looks old and the black pattern or color is faded. They claimed in the website that it has to pass quality check!!, how didn't they know that the black pattern on the silver is faded in many areas. Most likely it was used before, or it was crafted and left behind for long time. It wasn't made fresh for me. I'm happy with the gemstone, but not what I expected from a big website like Boutique Ottoman to be honest.

I bought the Masterpiece Collection Dur Al Najaf Oval Gilded Oxidized Silver Ring. It is really a show stopper. The Najaf stone is excellent. This purchase is my fourth from Boutique Ottoman. Consistently high quality jewelry.
Bought a kazaz silver bracelet. It arrived, but it is WHITE!!!, I contacted them, and they said to send it back at my expense. that would be $333.00, the bracelet cost $85.00 + 24.00(duties), this is how it reads on their page,"Kazaz Hand Knitted Bracelet made in 1000 Carat Silver by Boutique Ottoman". Silver is not White. I do not recommend, if you don't live in Turkey to absorb the return cost, it's not worth it. I ask that you put up a new photo , wish I could attach it here. they say I purchased white silver, that is not what the description or pic say

Please note: silver jewelry can undergo different finishing processes that affect its appearance, but what you purchased is white silver (1000 carat Kazaz silver). Kazaz jewelry is a centuries-old Anatolian art form. Unlike standard silver jewelry (commonly 925), Kazaz pieces are hand-woven using pure 1000 carat silver threads, which require softness and flexibility for the weaving technique. This is also one of the hardest handmade jewelry techniques. Kazaz jewels have their own unique style which cannot be compared with any other jewelry design. All Kazaz jewelry is made entirely by hand and requires master-level skill to manufacture. Kazaz silver jewels are crafted using only 1000 carat silver or 24 carat gold. A strand of 1000 carat silver or 24 carat gold, only 0.08 micron thick (the same as a strand of human hair), is wrapped over an extremely thin silk thread with the help of a spinning wheel. This delicate process is done entirely by hand, without power tools. The handmade Kazaz wire can be 3–5 mm thick and is non-breakable. I had the best purchasing experience with Ottoman Boutique! I bought a customized Ruby and Gold tazbih. The owner took personal interest in making and delivering it. She also sent me a gift along. Simply love the tazbih and owners friendly gesture! Definitely straight 5* and highly recommended!
I live in Perth Australia. Delivery was so quick it actually impressed me. And the quality and authentic presentation of the product topped it all. Love the product and service.
I purchased 3 rings from this company, but one was shipped of a different size. After contacting the company for a refund, they asked me to fill up a form on their site and ship the ring back for them to get a refund. I shipped the ring back to them, and after spending another $45 for shipment, the package was returned to me after 45 days because it was not picked up. I wrote back to them and included photos of the returned unopened package, and of course no answer. WHAT A FRAUD of a company!

This company is very misleading when they say free world wide shipping but do not disclose in an obvious way that customer is responsible for duty / custom charges. So when DHL states you must pay duty import fees, before they can deliver, it’s a charge you are not expecting. Furthermore they don’t even respond to my email and explain that.
Boutique Ottoman provides great customer service. They reply promptly to emails and are very helpful.
