Terrible support experience for faulty product

I am absolutely shocked at how appalling Bosch’s warranty process is. The customer service agents themselves have been polite and are clearly just following instructions — the real issue is Bosch’s outdated, manual, and completely customer-unfriendly system.I bought a brand-new Bosch mower on Amazon. It failed on first use after about 15 minutes. Instead of a simple exchange or straightforward warranty claim, Bosch put me through one of the most frustrating processes I’ve ever experienced.Despite registering the mower and uploading all my details and receipts, Bosch repeatedly required me to re-submit everything — including printed copies of my Amazon invoice and even a printed copy of *their own warranty*. I don’t even own a printer. Their solution? That I visit a local library to print documents they already have stored in my Bosch account.They also required me to source and pay for my own box to return a product that was faulty from day one.Then came the pickup. Bosch scheduled a collection and required me to stay home until 1pm. After waiting the entire morning, I was informed the pickup was moved to the next day between 9am and 3pm — meaning another full day at home. Only then did they decide the courier would bring the printed label (after previously insisting they could not print labels at all).The agents were courteous, but this process is shockingly outdated, inefficient, and completely disrespectful of customers’ time. For a brand as large and well-known as Bosch, this level of disorganisation is beyond disappointing.I regret buying Bosch, and I cannot recommend their products until their warranty and service processes are modernised and customer-focused.

Broken washing machine under warranty

This washing machine has serious firmware issues which cause the machine to stop working. I had to call Bosch 3 times to come and look at the machine since buying it in June. Each time, it took them 5 days to come, so for 3 weeks in 3 months I’ve not been able to do laundry. Given the price this is crazy! I’ve now been told that the firmware will be fixed in Q1 next year, and that my machine probably will break down several times again until the firmware is fixed. They won’t even call me to tell me when it’s fixed, instead I need to download the app and check it occasionally in Q1 to see if they’ve managed to solve the issue….

Garbage dishwasher with zero drying

Garbage dishwasher that does not wash well and does not dry AT ALL. Company support are rude and make endless excuses; anything to avoid accountability. They are more interested in the theft of your time and money. Filing complaints with BBB, Consumer Protection BC and CRTC.

Service Order Number 270434772. Bosch’s aftersales service support warranty claim is VERY SUPER BAD. Never will we get Bosch brand again and anymore. We purchased the Bosch washing machine just one year plus. Bosch washing machine service repair Leadtime took about close to 1 month and right after repair, tripped my house electricity. Followed by the washing machine totally not working anymore. Bosch service repair technician is not experienced at all as seen. When I called in for servicing repair again, need to wait again. It is frustrated to have a big brand to have a weak service team like this.

Love our Bosch dishwasher, microwave and electric SS stove.The customer service in Montreal is the BEST!NAINA and RAOL are so pleasant, professional, helpful and pleasant.Their repair service is honest and fair.We really appreciate Ray who always does what is needed.We are Bosch fans! Bosch Thermostat Replacement

Last summer, I had a Bosch HVAC unit installed. It has worked great and is very quiet. Well, about a year had passed, and the thermostat, the BCC100, stopped working. I called Bosch, and they had a new thermostat out in less than a week. I was so happy to see that some larger companies are still offering excellent support.

Repair service is as bad as it gets

The products may be okay, but you`re in big trouble if you need service. "Write an email and we`ll schedule your second appointment" - They never answer the email. "Sure we`ll update the phone number" - They don`t update the phone number"I`ll call you back today to confirm the third date for the appointment" - He does not call back to confirm. In the end it takes weeks to repair a faulty control board. Do not buy Bosch in Singapore.

Hallo. I bought a Bosch drill from Bosch (DIY) 19 sept. Never got it. Bosch (DIY) is sure I have been delivered 21 sept. I'm sure not. Could someone help me? Please Bosch help a small customer like me facing a giant multi billionnaire company

Deceitful marketing practices

Deceitful marketing practices, lying to customers.I've owned a really good Bosch refrigerator, and I'm all-in on German engineering. Have several Braun appliances, and am a stockholder in Mercedes. But it's not the same with Bosch anymore. I bought a "Professional" multitool, which has been okay for the time since I bought it (about a year), and I have this affinity for German engineering (even if it's made in China, Hungary, or Mexico, which all Bosch tools are today), so I was looking for Bosch when I decided to go shopping again.The lured me into their "18V alliance" thing with a marketing campaign that if I bought an 18V tool, I'd get a free battery. I've spent about 12 hours assembling the perfect €2000+ manly man power tools basket only to have them tell me they're lying about the campaign.Because trustpilot is actively trying to make themselves unusable (one star for these clowns as well), I cannot link to the Bosch PDF that contains the terms, but you can google for "20230420084221 site:archive.org bosch" - I hope - and get to the document they've written and are actively violating. Maybe try "tc_dataprotection_18v_dk_2023-final-160323.pdf" on archive.org if not.Clearly states you get one battery for each eligible product you buy. But when you ask, no, you get one battery. I will never buy Bosch again (and I think this is actually lucky for me), and I'll constantly tell people not to buy them.

Unprofessional, incompetent BOSCH supplying dangerous Gas equipment

We purchased a Bosch Gas Water Boiler from Leroy Merlin in Portugal. The Gas Boiler started to make load 'explosive' noises which is extremly dangerous. One technician came, he was not able to fix the problem, but also he was rude, arrogant and unprofessional. We refused to have him in our house again which is our right. But Bosch Portugal said they only have ONE technican and we must use him!!!!! Bosch Portugal have been completly unprofessinal and have not sovled this dangerous problem which has been going on for 6 months!!! And Bosch Germany have not responded to any for our emails.I purchased Bosch becuase I thought they were the best, looks like they have become poor quality, low service, unprofessional company. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!

I don’t find professional advertising…

I don’t find professional advertising tools at a good price towards competitors, and after finding our that they come WITHOUT BATTERIES AND WITHOUT CHARGER !!😖And also, looking to the advertisement of battery “Power for ALL 18V”Alliance and afterwards they tell you, for Green tools is one model but it’s a different business for Blue line where you have DIFFERENT BATTERIES AND DIFFERENT CHARGER, being both BOSCH and 18v.Keep finger’s crossed that BOSCH doesn’t bring out a YELLOW LINE !!
