Fast and solid connectivity
I recently switched from a LONG time at T-Mobile to Boost. It appears that I am accomplishing the same and better (so far) on one Boost line rather than the two I long paid for. I am frequently in remote locations and the Boost connectivity thus far does appear to be superior. The use of a 'Hot Spot' for Wi-Fi is far superior to the 4G tablet I used to have on a 2nd line only for Wi-Fi that seldomly connected and often miserably slow. Things look good so far!

Saving money
The performance of my phone and coverage is as good or maybe better than my past provider Verizon. Love the fact that my monthly bill is only about 12 dollars a month

My coverage is good and I like the wide…
My coverage is good and I like the wide range of service I get. The customer service is lacking some. The direction to change my service over was poor and if I was not tech savvy, I would of been without service till I could get to a landlines or someone else's phone for more directions. Also, I keep getting an ad to upload games that Boost Mobile wants me to download to finish my phone set up and I have spoken to customer service to get rid of it and the swear it is not from Boost, but their name is on it and if you search the internet it is a common problem for people that have Boost Mobile and it is definitely from them. The lack of knowledge of their own service is concerning.

Well on February the 21st I dropped my phone in a puddle of water putting out a fire with the fire department okay I called three times got hung up on twice by customer service and then the third time was told that I had to go in person to the store closest near me and verify my identification because of the phone dropping in water I cannot receive the one-time passcode to get into my account again they told me to go to the store closest near me well there was a Hispanic fellow in there and he was very rude very disrespectful to me and on top of that after the customer service Representatives that I've spoke to and the problem that I occurred at your store I would never ever even so much as put in a good word for boost Mobile with any of my coworkers this is an outrage plane ridiculous!

I had a $25/ month Forever plan
I had a $25/ month Forever plan, I just wanted to add a line ( additional phone number) the sales person did not speak English very well and I wound up with a phone and plan that more than tripled my monthly payments! This is not what I expected
