We had engine trouble
My wife and I purchased a Lincoln Corsair earlier this year in NE Florida near our home. We book a 11 day cruise leaving Ft. Lauderdale on November 13, 2025.We love the Corsair, we drove it from NE Florida to Ft. Lauderdale and spent the night before the cruise in a hotel. On the morning of the cruise, we drove it to Park n Ride near the cruise port on the way the engine light came on in the Corsair just as we were pulling into Park n Ride. They parked our car, and we took their shuttle bus to our cruise ship. On our way to the ship my wife received a text from Lincoln that our Corsair should not be driven but to drive it to a Lincoln dealer. So, what do we do now?We were able to quickly check in to the ship. We thought do we take care of this now or eleven days from now. We decided now. The first thing we did was to go to the Promenade deck and started to make phone calls. We called the Lincoln dealership in Pembroke Pines and spoke to Alex, and we also contacted Park n Go to notify them. We were worried that arrangements could be made and verified before the ship set sailed in a couple hours. Alex from Pembrooke Pines Lincoln took care of everything. Be fore the ship left the dock Alex texted us to tell us that they had our Corsair at their facility and assured us that it would be repaired before we got back in eleven days and he suggested for him to keep it there until we got back on November 24th and he would have someone pick us up at the port .It went all as Alex planed and our Corsair was all covered by warranty. We can’t say enough about Pembrooke Pines Lincoln, Alex and the entire staff as well a the Park n Go who helped with Alex’s plan and refunded out cost that we paid them in advanceThankyou very much,Don and Terri Stanton

Driver issue
We have used Park N Go for many years, as we fly often. The drivers have always been polite and professional. This last weekend, however, we were extremely disappointed in the driver we had, bringing us back to our car, after landing at MSP. We got off the shuttle and he stood behind me near my car trunk and stared at my wife and I like a creeper. He acted like a silent beggar wanting a tip. My wife and I always pay our bill before getting there and we rarely have cash for safety. IF THIS HAPPENS AGAIN, WE ARE DONE PARKING AT PARK 'N GO. If I want to tip, I'll tip. That was rude.

The drop off was great RETURN was TERROR
The drop off was great! Drove up, they took the keys to the car and took all luggage and loaded it onto the shuttle. Then off to the cruise terminal and dropped off. Wonderful experience. It was when we returned home that it was so terrible. We are told by the cruise ship to go over to the shuttle pick up area and wait. We waited for Park 'N Go to arrive. We saw multiple other hotels, etc shuttle's repeating come through. But no Park 'N Go, therefore we called them and was ask rudely "well which cruise are you on? There is numerous cruise ships in port today". We told them the Holland America Eurodam. So we began to wait for them to arrive. No show again, so we called them and also talked to another couple who were waiting also and they told us they called as well. Again, the rude man stated "we've been there" "don't you see us". We advised him, yeah we see your shuttles going to other cruise terminals but not ours. Then after 45 minutes and about 5 calls from multiple people the shuttle shows up and it's a frenzy of everyone trying to get on board. Very unorganized to the point where my sister left us at the terminal with our luggage to just get the car and then come and pick us up. The ordeal took a good 1 1/2 hour. Also, the pick-up area has only one bench to sit on. We will never use this place again. It will be worth it to park at the cruise terminal since we have heard the porters are terrific coming to the terminal and leaving it.

Worst experience
This was the first time we were using Park and Go. My family and I decided to try park and Go since Wally parking was fillled. Everything Went well at check in. We were Picked up at the airport and got back to the parking lot before our time was up. Unfortunately, park and go double booked the parking space so a van was parked behind our van in the parking lot. To make this worst, the employee that valet the parking locked the keys in the person van. It took us almost an hour for them to use a wire to open the door. That was very an eye opening experience for me. We trust these parking lot to take care of our car and when we return we don’t know what we will find. Anyway, we got to the gate and we were half an hour late. The woman in front told us we need to pay for an extra day because we were 45 minutes late. We explained to her what happened in the parking lot and she told us it wasn’t their problem and we needed to pay for an extra day. We refuse to pay the extra since we were there before our time. They proceeded to call the manager at 11pm who didn’t answer. We spent another 15 minutes arguing with the woman. It was unacceptable that instead of saying I’m Sorry they keep saying it’s not their problem and try to get an extra $16. It’s the principal that matters. We are paying customers that deserve to be treated with loyalty and respect. I will never use Park and Go again. Park at your own risk. Wally is always stress free.

Avoid!
Avoid!! was about to park at this place when but when I saw the woman at the gate screaming on me, I cancel my intentions to use this place. This kind of people insisting in convert South Florida in a Banana Republic and I think as a client I deserve better treatment. Good luck but I'm personally never use this place again!!!

Parking for Port Everglades Cruise
Very quick from dropping off our car to being dropped at port Everglades cruises terminal. Staff friendly and very helpful with luggage in both directions. They were at the cruise terminal waiting for us after the cruise and took us directly to our cars and again helped with the luggage. Would definitely use again.

Cruise-port parking, Fort Lauderdale
Just used this company for cruise-port parking (Fort Lauderdale). Having used others in the past, this will be the only choice in the future. They made it quick and easy, very reasonable, and their personnel were all helpful, friendly, courteous.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Joque is not a driver you want helping yo unless you like to be harassed and hostility before you even get to the airport. Check out Yelp and BBB for more honest reviews of this terrible company.
