Issue with hardware coating
Ordered very small quantity of m18 bolts and hardware. Asked for matching zinc plating and received clear zinc for the hardware and yellow for bolts. Not worth shipping the bolts back as I have to ship back at my own expense. I had to source clear zinc bolts elsewhere. Not very happy considering I asked for matching bolts and hardware in the instructions as directed by them.

Great support, has every bolt I need
I've used Bolt Depot in the past for smaller DIY projects. The zero MOQ is a huge plus for me. Now I'm using them for my business and, while they did mess up my order, they were quick to resolve the error. Support is amazing. Will be using them in the future.

This DIY'er appreciates Bolt Depot.
Excellent selection especially of hard to find hardware. No requirement to make a minimum order of your hardware; if you need just 10, no need to order 100! VERY impressive packaging of the items I received. Each product arrived in separate, very well labeled plastic bags, with clear identification of contents, even giving wrench size required. Plastic bags are re-sealable, nice touch, and also have an 'offset" opening, so there is less fumbling to open the plastic bags. Labels on the plastic bags are informative, no abbreviations, and the product labels peel off easily if you want to use them for labels on your parts bins. Easy ordering on-line, order arrived promptly, and the order received was 100% accurate. Thanks, Bolt Depot!

Bolt Depot Bailed Me Out
I needed 3" brass bolts, #6-32. The "big box" stores, of course, don't sell this size. I made 2 wood Santa Fe style towel bars for a remodeled "southwestern" theme bathroom. I didn't want shiny steel bolts. I had to use toggle bolts to secure the towel bars, The brass bolts screwed into each spring wing toggle. The towel bars are now perfectly mounted. I am happy and grateful that Bolt Depot processed my order for 4 bolts. It allowed me to complete my project. I am keeping the receipt handy so that I remember to order from them in the future.

The price was right
The price was right, or should I say better than anywhere else?? Yep, is was. Shipping was a little slow, however, I could have paid to speed it up and choose not to do that. Everything was as expected, packed very well in plastic reopen bags. Great experience.
