It's nice to see normal
It's nice to call a company, set an appointment date, they show up on time, take measurements and discuss options, then provide you with an estimate.....this should be normal, but in my experience, you are lucky to find a contractor who will do this....This company does what is normal....and for that, you get my 5 star review!

Sylkia's the Best!
Sylkia worked with us from Dec2020 through Feb2021 to get measurements and options finalized. She was always prompt and thorough in her followups. We're very pleased with the services rendered and products that were professional installed in Mar2021. Highly recommend this firm for future work!

Sylkia is EXCEPTIONAL!!!! She has a deep understanding of the latest products for any challenging or normal situation and a keen eye for colors, look and style to match or highlight your home decor. If you want a superior result for your home project look no further. Ours had uneven concrete, tiles were cracking and hollow. Sylkia knew exactly what the challenges were, how to ensure the issues would be solved and Donald, our tile installer, executed our major project with absolute perfection.

HIGHLY recommend!!! My floors are beautiful!! This is the first place I decided to shop around. After meeting Sylkia at the store, she was friendly, knowledgeable and honest, that I knew i didn’t need to shop around after all. Husker & Wink came out to do the job and were very professional and hardworking. I am SO happy and pleased, I wish I could give 10 stars! Such a wonderful experience. Sales representative was very helpful and efficient--she went out of her way to ensure we found the right material for our flooring and made a special effort to have it installed at the earliest time possible which in fact far exceeded our requested schedule. Bob Taylor's Carpet finally response to my review posted 7 month ago. Point taken on your LACK of customer service!By the way, the BBB closed the case because Bob Taylor's at Crestview refused to address our concerns and we no longer wanted to waste our time with this store...Cut our lost and learn a costly lesson. But you won't fool us again.

very positive experience
We've used them to replace all the flooring in our home. Each time the installers have finished the job ahead of schedule & exceeded our expectations. Really wish they could do the floors in our house in Tx! Highly recommend to all my friends in Crestview.
