I have purchased items from BNA since 2018. Either from their online website or their Ebay site, spending well over $40k in doing so. Their service has been reasonably good, as one would expected. I have a had a few minor issues with them during this time and I did not actively pursue them as it wasn't worth the hassle. The first was that they banned me from purchasing item on eBay, after I gave them negative feedback. The second was about a model that had been damaged in transit. I was informed to take my complaint to Australia Post, who would compensate me for my loss. Australia Post informed me that as I was not the sender they could not follow up my complaint and referred me back to BNA. However the straw that broke the camel's back was when I had pre-ordered 3 kits. I attached a note to my order, asking that the kits be sent when they arrived. I was informed that the first of the kits had arrived and was in the warehouse, ready to be shipped. A week later it was still there! I emailed BNA with my concerns and was informed that, yes, indeed the kit had arrived. However my note/request had not been seen as it was not policy to read the note and I should have sent an email with my request! BNA also denied blocking me on eBay, until I sent them an email with screenshots as proof. I requested that they cancel my order and give me a full refund, which I have since received. What annoyed me is that they would not even compromise with an offer to send the kit and the fact that they were happy to lose me as a customer! I feel that I had supported them as an Australian based company but they were not willing to support a customer in return!
Paid for a delivery through Australia post signature required,so of course these clowns decided to send it via couriers please .Just got the confirmation that the world’s worst couriers have delivered it to the wrong address.Without a signature.Steer clear of them ,I won’t buy anything from them again
I ordered a 1/16 scale Jagpanther on the 03-07-25 @16-30 our time ( nz ) and I now have it in my hands in New Zealand its the 09-07-25 @11-30 and it was given to me by our local post van lady. Well done all concerned, less than six days in towtell yeehaa. Cheer`s Worm.
Ordering from Norway, Europe (but not EU) has worked great both times. Answer my questions within 24h. I usually order from Europe or domestic suppliers, but BNA is my go-to if it's not available there.
I am in France and was after Pontos detailed set for the 1/200 Enterprise. I usually purchase from the USA if I cannot find stuff in Europe but......with what is happening in the USA I no longer spend any money in the US.Shipping was good and prompt, BNA answered the 1 query I had promptly and the overall price was competitive.I have now just ordered the Pontos detailed set for the Bismark on the basis of my first good experience.
wouldn't order from them again .... first order was ask to pay extra on postage 2 days after payment due to item size ... funny thing is they still haven't updated shipping cost .... second order half of the items that were listed didn't come in the box and blamed supplier ... trust me bro we will get one sent from china outside of ebay with zero guarntee ill even get the item .

Dealt with them for years but something has changed, paid for order, then told to pay $36 more postage, then after a week asked why it hasn't arrived, oh we haven't sent it yet because we need your phone #, even though its on file. So not here for Xmas, Pathetic
Until today I would have given them a 5. Star review. After today I will never buy from them again and as for their chat support, forget it they just don’t care!
I'm located in AU and I have purchased from BNA 14 times, there were 2 times I had an issue with and I'm very happy about the rest 12 orders.The first case with an issue was a few years ago when they shipped a wrong bottle of paint among all the other paint tools I ordered. I guess the manufacturer (GAIA NOTES) should share the complaint because it's using the same product code for 2 different things. BNA should also be complained about because the item image on their website shows my target item, but they shipped the other product (which has the same code). I didn't bother to contact them because the one I was after was rare anyways.The second case with an issue was my last order two weeks ago. I wasn't happy with the quality of some airbrush parts from Paasche. BNA didn't respond to my email until I raised a dispute with PayPal. So 1 star is taken from there. Afterwards, BNA's support promptly communicated with me and they eventually sent me a refund once I returned all the "defective" parts.Just to be fair, I immediately ordered the same product from Paasche directly from the US, I can confirm that the parts I received from Paasche have a similar quality as the ones I received from BNA.
Have ordered many items through BNA Model World on multiple occasions, and have never once had an issue.Ordered on Sunday, dispatched Monday, delivered in Sydney on Thursday...not a complaint in the world.They've even assisted in the past by combining several gift certificates so I could take advantage of the free delivery option.Easy to use and navigate website, and too easy to order.Will continue to use and recommend BNA Model World for as long as I am able to model.
Ordered an in stock item in August. Payment cleared on August 30. No updates unless I e-mail them. No items received by 22 November. I don't know if the company is legit, but their service stinks to high heaven.
I have ordered from here before and it was very simple and straight forward. Package was shipped out quickly and received in a little over 2 weeks which was very quick. I highly recommend buying from here
Had many orders through BNA and absolutely no problems at all. Delivery is fast, extremely well packaged and prices are very competitive. Thoroughly recommend this business.
Awesome and easy to use site. I've ordered over 100 times in the past 6 or so years and never had an issue. Emails always answered, speedy delivery, even refunded a pre-order when I changed my mind. One of the easiest online sites to use. Fast dispatch and delivery to rural Australia.
Purchased a Paasche airbrush kit that arrived with parts missing as well as a Paasche hose quick connector that will not screw onto the air brush. Used their return request system to report the problems. Did not get a reply for 3 days, it was only after I left a comment on their facebook page. They responded with "send a pic of the problem" which I did. A week later, I'm still awaiting for a response.
Had issues trying to buy items from this website, upon check out and after entering credit card details (tried twice) the page refreshed and nothing happened. Became suspicious, a few days later discovered my credit card details had been stolen and used online. Reported to credit card fraud. Tried emailing this company (no phone numbers available) but no response. This is the only website I've used my credit card recently so I'm suspicious that they may have been compromised. Shame, they do have good products and prices and I was excited to buy a few items from them.
Australia has some of the world's greatest landmarks, the Sydney Opera House, Great Barrier Reef and Uluru, but only one would make me emigrate: BNA Model World. I live in England, I have ordered for many years, and they are easily the best online model shop. The range they offer is crazy, and the prices, including postage, blow most stores out of the water. Their postage often beats UK internal post! It has been and continues to be a pleasure to purchase from BNA.
Had a faulty detail set for a kit shipped to the UK in May. I reported the fault on 6 May and over three months later, despite several emails, many unanswered, I still haven’t got the parts replaced. I can’t remember in all the years in the hobby ever having such terrible customer service. There is absolutely no excuse for ignoring customer complaint emails. There is no way I would use BNA again after this experience. As the company is not communicating I’m now in the process of pursuing a chargeback on the transaction.
