Jessica was extremely knowledgeable on the equipment, and was very helpful on teaching us how to use it. She answered all of our questions, walked us through every facet of the equipment, and left us, knowing how to use the equipment properly. We can’t thank her enough for her assistance!
🚩🚩🚩 purchased Bioness equipment via the distributor Bioness Medical Inc including the L300 lower limb system and the H200 upper limb system at significant cost Unfortunately my experience post purchase has been unacceptableBoth devices have had repeated issues and have required returns for investigation which has resulted in periods where I was unable to use equipment I rely on day to day Given the price point I expected reliable hardware and a clear timely resolution processCustomer service has been poor communication has been slow unclear and unhelpful and I have had to chase repeatedly for updates and practical solutionsMost concerning after posting a review on social media I was blocked rather than my concerns being addressed I am willing to provide evidence of purchases faults and returns if requestedOn this basis I Don’t recommend Bioness Medical Inc😭

I'd like to express my sincere appreciation for our Bioness L300 representative, Rob. After my husband's stroke last year, we purchased the Bioness L300 to help with his drop foot. During a time in our lives when very little made sense and we were trying to adjust to our new normal, Rob became a steady voice of clarity and reassurance.He is one of the most dedicated professionals I've ever encountered. Rob explained everything with patience, offered consistent encouragement, and became an invaluable resource for us throughout this journey. We are truly grateful for the care, compassion, and commitment he brings to every interaction.
I'm a difficult case and seem to require frequent adjustments. They're super responsive and keep my cuffs working great for me!
The lower leg device cause skin irritation mydoctor took a look at it and prescribed some vitamin d ointment to 47b onto the iritationtocure the skin and make it dry.
I received exceptionally polite and effective service. The technical support agent expertly walked me through testing the device. This proactive approach and excellent customer support are truly commendable!
Kirk walked me through my fitting and test run with my new bioness, and it is amazing! I’m able to walk now with a flat foot instead of inverting it with every step. What a relief!
It helps stimulate my leg when the leg is weaker. It does add weight to that leg.
I’ve had trouble from the start with the device. It has a lot of promise but I don’t think it delivers. The device has to be lined up just so on my leg to work properly and it never seems to be in the same place twice. The staff have been helpful but their suggestions only work for a while. I am very disappointed in the device.

These devices help me lift my feet when I’m walking and also help reduce incredible shin splint pain I was getting. It’s too bad insurance won’t cover them. They do have a benefit.
I don’t wear the bioness at all. I wore this for a month at first. But then I started PT and I am doing really well without this.I wish that the manager who fitted me for the bioness had discussed the value more. It was too expensive, over $6000.
