High fees, poor policies, and below average customer service
High fees, fake reviews, and terrible customer service. Not only were we charged more than double the face value for pre-sale tickets, we were not allowed to upgrade or add a parking pass. I was willing to spend an extra $700 on better tickets once we knew the stage layout. Customer service was a joke, after fees we'd be selling tickets for far less than what we paid for each ticket. So not only did we pay more up front, you basically end up giving them away. You have to use their resale site as you only get your confirmed tickets hours before the performance. I guess the only positive it they are quick to sign you up to resell the tickets so they can make more money off you. Honestly, I'm wondering if I will even get the tickets. I will never order from here again. I wish artist had more reliable ways to sell tickets.

This is a SCAM operation. We purchased tickets on their site, designated two orchestra seats at premium price, then some time later got a confirmation email with seats assigned in the second to last row of the balcony section.Our mistake was not to carefully review the confirming email and only when we arrived at the venue -- San Jose Performing Arts Center -- did we learn that assigned seats were not the ones we designated when we purchased through BigStub.After a flurry of angry emails and phone calls, Big Stub agreed to credit back the service charge -- an astounding $201 fee on a $670 ticket purchase.Stay away from this company. They are SCAMMERS!
