Purchased a pair of Pearl Izumi X-Alp Summit Mountain shoes. $160 USD most everywhere I looked except at Bicycle Buys, they were $141 - 10% discount = $127.75!Great price but I have to confess their website had a mix of good and bad reviews so I was a bit skeptical.Order shipped and received promptly. The order was correct and the item was as described, new - in box.The fit was perfect. (testimonial to Pearl Izumi's quality.)At the bottom of my invoice it said: "Thank you for placing your order with us.Let us know how we served you.”They served me very well Thank you!I will come back for future purchases.

I spent a few weeks in search of a specific bike and Bicycle Buys website happened to show that they had it in stock. Just to be sure I emailed them via their website and received a prompt response from Marc. He confirmed they had it in stock and can ship it out ASAP whenever I am ready to place the order, which I went ahead and did. My Marin MTB arrived flawless in 5 days and the bike was pretty much perfect out the box. Great customer service! They were ready to help with any questions/concerns I had. I will definitely purchase from Bicycle Buys again!

I purchased an item on Bicycle Buys. A few days later, to my surprise, I received an email asking me to pay $ 54 for shipping. I tried to contact the seller but he never answered me. I had to bring in PayPal.

They sent me a different product than advertised and then didn't refund or replace with the correct item
I ordered Shimano rear derailleur pulleys that they advertised as working for any Shimano 8 speed derailleur. I trusted that this was correct because the picture was also identical to the existing pulleys. When I received them though, they did not match the picture and did not fit on my Shimano 8 speed derailleur. When I called anticipating they would resolve the problem, they said they would call me back and never did. Given that it is a $5 item (that they charged $6 shipping on), it is not worth my time to hound them about it, but I will not buy anything from them in the future.

Despite the poor reviews found and the 15% restocking fee I decided to give this guys a try... for which I regret.
I order a wheel set which was at a great price... I end up getting on rim in good shape and the other utterly destroyed. No way this happened during shipping as the box is in perfect shape and the other rim is flawless.
Good rim cam in a sealed bag with paperwork and skewer... damaged rom came in an open bag with no skewer and no paperwork.
I tried to get some help from this mediocre sellers but they don't bother replying my mails... I guess they want me to send that rim back, charge me the 15% and then cheat another person.
I really encourage you all to go somewhere else and save yourself from a headache and loosing your money... got further questions then mail me at danny @ sysadmin-cr.com
Hopefully I can save some fellow bikers.
