Specialissima Pro purchase and reaction from Bianchi
I recently purchased a Specialissima Pro Ultegra Di2 from an authorized dealer in Italy. This experience was substandard in several respects, and I refused the delivery of the bike. The dealer was both incompetent and unprofessional. They engaged in a pattern of harassment and tried to claw back the shipping fee even though PayPal, the payment method I used, prohibits them from doing so.When I posted my first review regarding this transaction on this page, Bianchi requested additional information from me, which I provided. About a month after providing proof of the transaction and the order number, the review went offline. Alledgedly due to a breach of reviewer guidelines. I'm not aware of breaching any guidelines. My reviews are all authentic and honest. Despite providing additional information to Bianchi, I have never heard from them. Instead, this information was apparently used to remove my review. I own another Bianchi, an Axis gravel bike, which served me well. This prompted me to purchase the Specialissima Pro. Unfortunately, seeing how both Bianchi and their Italian dealer behaved towards me and how they take information provided by Trustpilot, but continue to engage in inappropriate conduct, has ended my relationship with this brand. I refuse to waste my time and money. What was a fair 3-star review turned into a solid one-star and a lost customer. Bye-bye Bianchi.
