Great shoes from great company
Delivery is very fast, and I really love the shoes. They make my life much easier and help me to recover and walk longer distances again. I only would wish that they would produce the shoes in Europe....

Never wet or cold feet! I used the winter boots every day forā¦
I used the winter boots every day for walks with my dog and I never got wet or cold feet!!! Snow, rain, mud - it was great.

Three pairs aren't enough!
I have three pairs of shoes from Belenka and I'm already trying to narrow down the options for my fourth! I have some sneakers, some winter sneakers, and sandals. All help me with my foot pain (used to have from wearing the wrong shoes, sometimes comes back when I am not wearing my Belenkas) immediately, are stylish, extremely comfy, and so far very durable (even when worn every day for months at a time.)

Great experience
Both ordering online and shopping at the store in Bratislava were great experiences. With my extra wide feet not many Be Lenka models fit but there is still a decent choice for me and that makes me truly happy. š And the Arctic Edge are the best winter boots I own. Very warm, solid and they keep my feet dry even in mud, snow or rain. I got a second pair of Arctic Edge this winter š¤š¤And my latest addition is Synergy Fleece black and they are really cute looking, remind me of the 80er and I simply love them. š¤A heartfelt thanks to the super nice team in the Bratislava shop that patiently helped me, despite the language barrier. š«¶

Disappointed with the exchange policy
I am very disappointed with the exchange policy of this brand.If the shoe size does not fit, you are responsible for paying the shipping to return the product. Then, if you want a different size, you must pay shipping again to receive the new pair. In practice, this means paying for shipping three times: the original delivery, the return, and the new shipment.In my case, the total extra cost would represent around 30% of the product price. That is excessive and unreasonable for a basic size exchange.Sizing can vary between models, and customers should not be penalized for ordering the wrong size. Many brands offer free size exchanges as standard practice. Charging customers this much discourages trust and repeat purchases.I cannot recommend buying from a company with such a costly exchange policy.

They are very comfortable but hard to put on
They are very comfortable and the craftsmanship is high quality. The only thing I would recommend improving is putting them on and taking them off, as itās quite difficult to get in and out of the shoes. You have to constantly pull and retighten the not-very-durable laces, which takes unnecessary effort.

Take care over the sizing
Iāve been wearing barefoot-style boots for several years now, and theyāve genuinely transformed how far and how comfortably I can walk. At 81, that matters a great deal to me. What Iāve struggled to find, though, is a truly warm and waterproof winter version.After a lot of online searching, I came across these be lenka boots. They were advertised as lightweight, well padded for warmth, completely waterproof, and vegan ā exactly what I was looking for. They were also on special offer at Ā£104, and the sizing advice suggested ordering a size up to allow for the padding, which I did.When they arrived, they turned out to be a bit too big, even with thick socks. Theyāre quite spacious around the toes and slip slightly at the ankle. They are comfortable enough, but they donāt have that āglove-likeā feel Iām used to from my usual barefoot boots ā though that may be an unrealistic expectation for winter boots that need to be padded and insulated.I contacted the company to ask about exchanging them for a smaller size, but they donāt offer exchanges, and they donāt accept returns once the boots have been worn. Thatās disappointing, especially at this price point, even with the discount.Aesthetically, theyāre not the most attractive boots, but they are easy to get on and off, and I can tighten the laces to improve the fit, which helps. Since I canāt return them, Iām hoping that with careful lacing theyāll prove comfortable enough over time.I havenāt owned them long enough yet to properly test how warm and waterproof they are in really harsh conditions, but I expect they will perform well on that front.Overall, a mixed experience: good concept, practical and easy to wear, but let down by sizing, fit, and a very strict returns policy.

Will see how they last. Since today Im satisfied, I hƔve several from partner mark Barebaric, reƔly nice but low in resistence. Than I hƔve onƩ from BƩ Lenka, nice And really confortable and I hƔve them years.
