Never received a single thing from Beauty Care Bag

This company was the only place I could find a certain nail file I'd purchased before at a shop in Spain. I wanted to buy more for gifts, and added several other items to my order. I quickly received a UPS tracking number but no package and no response from the seller. After 3 weeks they emailed to say they didn't have the products but were KEEPING the money as credit towards a future purchase. I demanded a refund but never got anything until I complained to PayPal and fortunately they quickly resolved the issue.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Do not purchase from this website. Never received our purchase, but was charged for the item and cannot contact this company. Bounce back emails and phone number no longer in service. The credit card company MasterCard won’t work with you to refund your money either. So disappointed.

Terrible service

Terrible service! Received a box load of melted Goli gummies months ago and they do not respond to my refund. Would not recommend.

I ordered 2 products from Beauty Bag, communication was instant, and I received my products in 4 days. I wish I can order more but they are currently out of stock. The prices are also great. Lucie

DONT EVER PURCHASE FROM BEAUTY BAG

I order something on the 25th of November, every week I received a message saying they would be delivering it the following week, a month and a half later they told me one of my products are out of stock and I would me refunded. They stopped replying to my WhatsApp messages and my emails. After me messaging them on every platform I received a message from the bank to say I was refunded. Never had an experience with such an unprofessional company, so disappointing I thought they were a reliable company but they are quite the opposite. Please save yourself the hassle and NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. There are many other smaller stores that are so much more reliable with amazing service with the same products. wish i never of wasted my black Friday purchase on this ******* company.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, NO DELIVERY

Still waiting for my order that I placed on 27 November 2023. there has been ZERO response to me on Whatsapp, email and Instagram. I will have to accept that the very expensive order will not be fulfilled.tThey take your money and disappear!

I placed my order on 25th of November…

I placed my order on 25th of November 2023, was promised i would receive my order before the festive season. I still haven’t received my order or any communication from them. I have been sending whatsapps and emails with no response. They have since deleted all negative reviews on all social media platforms… very quick to send a Whatsapp to inform you there’s items in your cart and they want to know if there is anything they can do to help for you to check out. But absolutely no feedback once they get your money.. i did my due diligence before i placed my order to make sure this is not a scam and i will receive my products in time yet i was scammed and they silence all their clients with the same experience. I have never ever felt this disgusted and silenced. I have no idea what to do.

I placed an order on 24 November. I have reached out to them numerous times and I have now accepted that I was scammed. I will be taking it further, but for now, please please please do not order from them!!!

Never received order. Not Recommended

Placed order on 24th November / Now 18th December and no product delivered!I have called / emailed several times with initial communication saying there is a delay and now zero communication or offer to refundI will be taking this further. Would highly advise against using this platform. Will also be contacting the brands they distribute directly to make sure they are aware of how they are being represented in SA markets

Terrible service

Terrible serviceI placed an order with Beautybag on the 28th of November with promise of a 10 delivery turnaround. It is the 14th of December and I am yet to get any delivery information from them. Impossible to get hold of them by telephone or on their web page. Emails are answered with vague promises.

Terrible service !!!

Terrible service !!!I placed 2 orders on 24 November and have still not received any feedback on delivery date. I was promised it will be delivered before they close on 15 December. Customer service is terrible - phone calls to their landline and whatsapp are not answered.

You will never get your things

Prior to purchasing products I enquired whether they would be delivered before a trip I was taking. I was guaranteed they would be. I am still waiting 2 weeks later and I leave tomorrow. Shocking service will NEVER buy from them again. AMAZON is cheaper and faster.

Very disappointed I ordered a product…

Very disappointed I ordered a product online on the 13th June it said 3-5 days shipping 21st June nothing and no update from them even telling me anything when I enquired which takes forever via dm and email and I asked for a contact number I was told the sales manager will contact me I found the number via search on google and called and I was told the product will only arrive on maybe Friday or Monday then I got another call person stating that the product will be shipped out Thursday but once it with the couriers they can’t tell me when it will arrive that’s false advertising why put a product on your website but you don’t have stock or atleast have the courtesy of informing the client about the delay I asked for a refund which they did do
