Price is fine and they ship quick BUT they do not ship large orders carefully packaged in shipping boxes they use flimsy packaging and blame FedEx for their lack of care. Do not order large orders split orders up. My last order was missing items.
I love ordering from BB, they have a great selection of products, incredible prices and fast shipping. They are great source for my craft supplies!!
I'm so glad I discovered your online store. I am an avid card maker and mini scrapbook album maker. Your ribbons have made it so much more affordable to indulge in my hobbies. The ribbons are of high quality and the prices can't be beat.
The 2 metal signs I ordered were perfect for the 2 deco mesh wreaths I made for Christmas. They arrived quickly and were packaged well. The price was very good. They were just what I was looking for.

It was easy to order from the company and it was exactly what I wanted.
I ordered 2 rolls of ribbon. I received my order and the ribbon was see through sheer but the web site photo did not show this. The ribbon was also listed as thick wire edges but the wire is very thin. I contacted BBCrafts and they responded only to look up their return policy which is you pay for shipping and there is a 20% restocking fee. Not for a product that doesn't match the description!!! I responded that I wanted a return label and full refund due to product misrepresentation. BBCraft responded asking for a picture of the ribbon and the item sticker, I sent then both. BBCraft responded back that I got the correct product and I could only initiate a return. I left a product review to warn other consumers that the ribbon is sheer and not solid, my review won't show on their web site. I guess only favorable reviews are allowed. Cheap products and NO customer service!
I made my order on 12/01/20 it’s 01/20/21 I still haven’t received it yet now they don’t have all the colors they suppose to replace them I haven’t even received an email let alone my order
I've spend over an hour trying to make an order they have an ad to buy facemask for the virus.I is so annoying u can only see a small portion of the page after all the aaggravation I try to view my cart only about half of my order was there it said I had 9 items in my cart so I thought ok I'd view it and go from there I only saw 4 items being in there even tho it said 9 .it seems this company has good prices and I need supplies but don't know if it's worth the aggregations.Come on u need to view you're website!
If you don't mind waiting for your order to arrive 15 days after placing it, or to pay a high price for express shipping, than sure, feel free to use this company. From California to New Hampshire it apparently takes 1 day of processing (good) and 14 days for your package to arrive after a pit stop in Ontario, Canada for God knows what reason (NOT good). Never again. Priority Mail is inexpensive and well used by most companies who value their customers. Apparently, this company does not.
The Ribbon is good quality. Tulle is fantastic with a nice stiffness. Price was good!
