I do not know why people get mad at their products, as for me all is fine completely and totally, I hope we can order again from them entirely and absolutely. My new LED lamps works absolutely as best as my old ones, so maybe it was bad series of them.

Anyone know what happened?!This was my favorite place to get LED strip lights from. I don't know where else to buy a similar product. The site has been down every time I've checked in the past few months, there are reviews all over with people saying they haven't gotten their merch, they don't respond to contact attempts... What in the world happened? Are they gone for good?

As of this review the website has been taken offline. Like others before me I had tried calling but to no avail. Surprisingly they did finally ship my item after almost a month of waiting. The led kit is pretty damn nice and I'm glad I ordered it but their customer service and shipping speed definitely need some work but with the website offline it seems that they might be gone. Should this company return I really hope they fix these issues and that everyone who did order from them recently get their items.

I guess it doesn't matter how I rate them now. Website is down. Phone number is not accepting calls. I guess I got taken. I paid for my lighting through PayPal. Received a confirmation, and was billed. I still haven't received my purchase.

Still have NO lights 3 weeks out.
I placed my order and received the confirmation email with total price and order number. It has been almost 3 weeks and still no lights or a response to any of the 3 emails I have placed with this company. I guess they leave me no choice but to call credit card company and file an unauthorized transaction.

I saw a video advertising some LED lighting for car interiors, so I ordered the product on 4/3/17. They have charged my card, and have supplied an order number, but I still have not gotten the package yet and today is the 17th. I have tried revisiting the website to find a phone number to call, but it says that it is under maintenance and cannot be accessed. In addition, I have emailed them, but with no response. I have a feeling that I got scammed. Do not buy from this website.

I ordered a product on April 4th. As of April 14th I had not received it. I sent an email asking if it had been sent and have not received a response. I did, however, get a request to rate them before receiving my order or a response to my email.

I ordered an interlinking cable for an LED flex kit approximately 10 days ago from barlighting.com. It has still not arrived. Naturally, I called the number on the homepage and like others have said it went straight to voicemail and the mailbox was full. I tried several more times by phone with the same result and finally decided to email them. It's been 2 days and still no response. The funny thing is I ordered an exterior LED kit from this site about 2 years ago with no problems. I'm not sure what has happened recently but it seems as though this company no longer exists or if they do exist they are incredibly down and out. It bothers me that they are still taking money. Only wish I had looked for their reviews before hand. I tried to leave a review of my own to warn others directly on the site under the product description of the interlinking cable....but go figure...it wouldn't let me. Save your money and look elsewhere.

What's changed?
While past experiences have been great, this one took exceptionally long to ship the products (over a week) after the PayPal payment confirmation was received. When the products arrived, there was a power supply missing, a 4-pin male to male connector missing and I wasn't able to complete the customer job as a result. I called and text'd Mike at LED Bar lighting while I was at the customer job and haven't gotten a response yet, currently the customer job has been left unfinished as a result.

The lights work great and I've not had a problem since I've got them. They're very bright and work smoothly. My only problem I had was I paid for 3 day shipping and it came 3 weeks later. I called them and emailed them and got no response in return. They are not very good on customer satisfaction.

I'd give 0 stars if I could.We ordered $650 worth of lights to do a residential project. Mike was very helpful getting stuff out to us in a timely manner. We recieved parts that were malfunctioning. I called & emailed the company around 30 times with one call back to get replacements coming. I missed that call, & continued to call & email with no effort from the company to return my calls. I went ahead & ordered the replacements because we needed to finish the job. As you can guess, I emailed wondering a date of arrival for our new merchandise & haven't received any response in a week. The funny part, the company had no problem running my credit card immediately after I placed the order.Very disappointed with their customer service.

BUYER BEWARE! Don't make the same mistake I did. I wish I had researched this website before making a purchase. I ordered 2 kits of a 4-pack of LEDs and 6 connector cables on March 13th 2017 and was charged 2 days later. Their website boasts a 1-2 day shipping time. However 11 days later, my items are still awaiting shipment. I emailed them twice and called countless times. No one answered the phone in the 20+ calls I made and it conveniently goes to a full voicemail box. I've disputed the purchase with my credit card company and will take my business elsewhere.
