If there was a 10 star 🌟 rating i would have gave it !absolutely the hardest saddest time of my life and the guys at the crematorium could not have been nicer and kinder or more respectful and helpful they treat my Bronson with absolutely dignity and care .no amount of my stressful anxious phone calls were a bother to them they fully reassured and guided me in the whole process. Then when it was time to bring my boy home wasn't sure what to expect but was the most calmest beautiful rooms very tasteful decor. I can't fault single stage of the process .thank you to all of you from bottom of my heart ❤️

Service Provided During A Very Difficult Time Was Exceptional

After the sudden loss of our beloved pet dog, my husband and I are so pleased that we chose Balmedie Pet Crematorium to assist us with our boy's final send off. I was quite upset when I had to ring the crematorium after his passing, but from the outset the owner Steve showed me kindness and compassion and was so understanding with my distress.He completely understood that we had lost a family member and this came across with the service he provided.Everything about the procedure was explained to me and the collection of our pet was done with the respect. I asked for some additional requests, to which Steve completely understood my reasons and could not have been more helpful and accommodating. He even helped with the decision of which urn to choose.From our very first conversation to the day of our last meeting when I collected our wee man to bring him home, Steve was helpful, understanding and caring. Nothing was too much and the service he gave was very personnel. It was so comforting to know our boys final journey was done with dignity and respect. In our opinion, Balmedie Pet Crematorium deserve a 5 star plus rating, the service they provided was exceptional.
