No support to cancel the extra fees…
No support to cancel the extra fees hidden at the counter.Contract must be fixed with no variation at the counter. Customers don’t have to pay misleading behaviour at the counter!

DO NOT book with Authentik USA
DO NOT book with Authentik USA. We booked a vehicle for our trip and paid over £1,500. They accepted the order and took our money, only to email at a later date that the vehicle wasn’t available despite taking our money. Abysmal service and would not recommend even if you were desperate.

Beautiful roadtrip
We had a beautiful experience around the West Coast of the USA and everything was perfect with Autentik USA ! We had no problem and every campground was reserved when we arrived. The woman who made our roadtrip was very kindly and helpful !Everything great !

Fantastic experience!
Fantastic experience!It was the first time in the the US with our 2 kids this august. We planned our trip with Authentic USA, and Charlotte did a great job by preparing a fantastic roadbook for us, for the "Route des Cowboys". She was very helpful all through our final choices. We will recommend Authentic USA . Very serious and helpful travel agency. Everything was booked perfectly. The RV (camping car) C30 from Cruise America was big enough for the 4 of us to have enough space and was very confortable.The campings had WIFI, however too many guests in august period, therefore very difficult to get access.In Bryce canyon, the sunrise was better to be viewed at "Inspiration point" and not "Sunrise point", thanks to the help from the camping owner.

Constructive Improvement Recommendations.
This is to share our experience on the Cruise America RV that we have used during our holidays last month. We didn't face any issue with the RV itself, but would like to suggest the following improvements;- Spend more time with the customer at delivery and pick up, as that is not a basic car, and you can't expect that the introduction movie do it all. We felt excessively rushed, like nowhere else on earth, where we did rent RVs in the past.- Including a GPS should be a given....this is an essential service for any foreigner that you cant just ignore ( a USD30 issue...).
