We've been customers of Atlantech Online for 17 years and counting. Our company was able to grow and scale over the years because of their high quality data center hosting services and their top notch technical support team. We have never faced a challenge with our hosting needs that the Atlantech team hasn't been able to handle.

Absolute Experts! I highly recommend Atlantech!
Atlantech was amazing! Robert and his team made the process extremely easy to switch from nextiva to MS Teams calling and they save us over $2,000 a year! It was seamless, the entire process took less a month, with zero down time. Thanks again Atlantech!

Meets Expectations
We have used Atlantech for a very long time, and their customer service is very thorough and helpful. They are able to assist with any questions/issues I may have as soon as possible. They ask questions and sometimes even follow up on tickets that may seem a bit more complicated. The technical services they provide are also consistent, where we don't run into issues around connectivity unless we are having an internet issue.

The techs were quick to respond and able to help troubleshoot via email/phone calls. The emails with photos on how to reboot the system were helpful. Tech was able to come out first thing the next morning to restore our service.

Absolute Best Experience you will find in the North America Region
After receiving distressing information with a competitor LEC with a late circuit delivery, I contacted Morgan Henry noting I needed a circuit delivered to our building with a short 3-week turnaround timeline for new office build out in Washington DC. Morgan called me back within 5 minutes and already had blocked out time for a site survey under the next day, delivering the circuit under 9 days. Grateful to have Morgan Henry, Tom Collins, and Ed Fineran as partners with all things Tech. They are leaders in this industry and are always willing to help their customers going the extra mile.

The tech that worked with me went above and beyond his duties. Not only did he help me resolve the issue, but he also stayed on the phone while I tested out the fix, and even used his own personal phone to do a test call with me.
