I paid $160 AUD for absolute rubbish
I paid $160 AUD for absolute rubbish. They’ve redrawn the image 5 times and it’s completely generic and does not look like what I emailed them at all. The drawing was careless and quick. To top it off when emailing back and forth I’ve gotten no where… 7 months later and I’m still trying to reach out to them about my drawing I was supposed to give my father for Father’s Day 2021.Do not waste your money!!!!!!!

Hit a speed bump but happy in the end
Card was charged, no correspondence or product ever received. Contacted them directly after no word from them for >8 weeks. Seems proof was sent to spam email. They responded quickly, art was great. Would recommend. Be aware that if you don’t get a proof within a week that you should contact them. Packaging was adorable, box with Simpsons doughnut graphics.

It is just a ridiculous company
It is just a ridiculous company. Before the purchase, you feel you are gonna get the best gift, then you end up with garbage. Just garbage. Even delivered late (I was told 3 days, yet it arrived 13 days after the promised date). No response for my e-mails, no change requests. I felt embarrassed when I gave the garbage to my parents. Stay away from them, this is all I can tell.

Decent graphical…buyer beware! No prints included
Decent graphical interpretation....however I thought I was getting a printed version, not just a digital version for this price! Misleading!dont beleive the reviews on their website either...they dont post them ones under 4-5 stars!! (I tried)

Exactly what I wanted.
Ordered a print for my son for Christmas and was really happy with the correspondence and the product on arrival. The only reason I haven’t given them a 5 is because I feel the extra merchandise pricing is a little high otherwise I may have been tempted to buy more.

Estactic with my purchase
Been wanting to Simpson-fy myself for years, finally got round to it after seeing ArtOfYellow's advert on Facebook. Was a bit apprehensive at first, because of the negative reviews on here.I made my order, and didn't receive a confirmation email. After 2 days I sent a support request through their site, and didn't hear anything back.After 5 days, I was about to do a charge back via my card, but decided to try the Live Chat on the ArtOfYellow website. Their support was friendly and helpful, told me an email had already been sent to me, and they would re-send again just in case.So I want through my spam folder, I'd had the confirmation email, and another email from them the same day saying there was a problem with my order and what I needed to do.There were also about 5 follow up emails from that original email, and replying to my support request. Every correspondance was polite and helpful.The first iteration of the art they sent was good, very good, but I asked for a change. The change was done quickly and without any hassel. Absolutely estactic with the final piece, really happy I made the order. I ordered digital only, didn't want the hassel of receiving physical goods from the US.

I would not reccommend. I was not happy with first drawing and asked if they could change somethings and they said that it would cost extra. Picture was not what I wanted, I wish that the characters looked like the actual pictures I sent and not a blanket expression.

Worst service ever
Worst service ever. After being assured they could continue to make changes until we were happy, they demanded more money from the second correction request after already voiding the 50% discount advertised on their website and charging ‘full body’ price for a large group, of which most bodies were concealed anyway. The team didn’t respond to questions or queries, and we paid for framing and printing to only receive a printed poster. The team then refused to respond to our queries as to the money paid for framing. We will now have to pay for reprinting and framing elsewhere after spending nearly $1000 on a large group photo because they won’t respond. Do not recommend!!!

I would never recommend this company.The artwork was ok, but what really ruined the experience was the complete absence of even a basic level of customer service. I ordered a print of my picture - big mistake. It still has not turned up 5-6 weeks after ordering. Everyday is spent going back and forth, arguing with different people - all of whom promise it will go out immediately - and then nothing ever happens.And no one ever takes responsibility.

Has anybody received their item yet ? The website says 3-5 days to recieve the digital print but It has been 2 weeks I ordered in on the 18th of May and still haven't received anything. I'm not very dubious about the website at it has no trust pilot reviews but it's website claims to have all these amazing reviews. Also I did some digging and the website has been up and running less than 6 months and the Https domain is missing . I think it could be a scam!!!!
