Quality Customer Service
Trinity and Tara at Arhaus provided an exceptional design experience from start to finish. Trinity took the time to understand my personal style and how I wanted my forever home to feel. She guided me through selecting the perfect sofa, dining table, and chairs, an end table, and a stunning rug that brought the entire space together beautifully. Tara’s rendering gave me a clear visual of the layout and ensured the room felt cohesive rather than cluttered.Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made this process seamless and enjoyable. I’m truly grateful for their outstanding service and the relationship we’ve built along the way. If you’re searching for knowledgeable, talented, and customer‑focused professionals, I highly recommend visiting Trinity and Tara at Arhaus.

I wish I had seen these reviews before…
I wish I had seen these reviews before going to the Fairfax Corner store. The salesperson was so kind at first, but then turned into a vampire when I complained about the delivery delays. She got really nasty. Is this how Arhaus trains you to treat customers? Delivery delays with no hope in sight. They claim the chairs will go from Ohio to Baltimore, and that takes 2 weeks, and then Baltimore to Fairfax takes another 2 weeks, yet they charged my card.

customer service rated zero.
I ordered an item and was told it would arrive in june 2026. It came in feb but was the wrong color. I went to the store and asked for assistance to carry it inside and was told they dont do that. Once returned i asked about another item which was not in stock and asked if it could be held until my return but was told they couldnt help me with that either. the staff are incredibly unkind and unhelpful what a disappointment

Inability to fulfill orders; unprofessional and hostile Arhaus concierge rep
We ordered and paid for one set of 4 Naka bowls on 26 December 2025. To our surprise, on 7 Jan 2026, we received only 1 bowl and contacted Arhaus Concierge. Arhaus apologized for the mistake made by shipping/packing/warehouse and promised to send us one set. On 23 Jan 2026, we AGAIN received only 1 bowl. We spent hours with Arhaus to get the remaining bowls. On 31 Jan 2026, we received FOR THE 3RD TIME just ONE bowl, not a set. When we called Arhaus on 1/31/2026, a female rep maligned us by saying that her record showed one set had been mailed and that the total weight of 4 bowls was 3lbs. She accused of lying about it, talked over us, and was completely unprofessional. We weighed the box, packing material, and one bowl, which weighed 3lbs, We sent to Arhaus concierge a photo and a video of us packing the empty box with packing material and 1 bowl, and then immediately weighing the box on our scale: 3lbs. Hence a set of 4 bowls in a heavy box with adequate packing materials would have weighed much more than 3 lbs. Arhaus's inability to fulfill a simple order for over 1 month is unacceptable. What's even more outrageous is Arhaus rep accusing us of LYING about it and offering a $10 credit (which is ridiculous, since we can't even purchase one bowl at that price) for "inconvenience." We are absolutely done with Arhaus. Good Bye, Arhaus.

Extremely Disappointing Quality and Nonexistent Customer Service
I purchased an Arhaus Kipton couch in April 2025, expecting high-end quality that matched the premium price. Less than a year later, at least six cushion covers have come undone, exposing the cushion inserts. This is unacceptable for furniture at this price point.I filed a warranty claim in early November 2025. Since then, I have emailed Arhaus nearly 10 times and called at least five times. My emails have gone completely unanswered. Every phone call ends the same way: vague apologies and a request to “give them a few more days” while they supposedly check with vendors or the parts/warranty department. It is now approaching February 2026, and I still have no timeline, no resolution, and no meaningful response. I don’t know when—or if—this issue will be fixed. The product quality is disappointing, but the lack of follow-through and communication is far worse. For a company that positions itself as luxury furniture, this level of customer service is shocking. I regret this purchase and would strongly caution others before buying from Arhaus.

Aimee chair, Arhaus furniture store
I purchased 4 Aimee style chairs from Arhaus inOctober from the website. I waited over 2 months to receive them. They were very well packaged. However, after unpacking them each chair has a defect in the rattan backs. I have contacted customer service but have not been able to reach a suitable agreement. I would not recommend purchasing any of their products with the rattan accent as all 4 chairs have issues. This is not a 1 off problem. In addition, I would only purchase from a physical store so you have a face of the company to deal with. My experience has been miserable.

These people are a scam
These people are a scam. Tried to buy a 1600.00 chair. Wanted to charge me 299.00 in shipping even if I pick up at their showroom. When you try and comment on their social media platform where they advertise they remove your comment. I called corporate to speak with someone and they refuse to call you back. Just more false advertising at its best.

Arhaus communication and customer…
Arhaus communication and customer support is terrible. Their show room is very good although the staff is often dismissive of customers. Quality goodI had a billing dispute and my credit card did a charge back and found in my favor. Unknown to me Arhaus had circumvented the cc procedure and started to bill me direct. I took the charge back off. However, Arhaus won’t stop billing billing me!I explained all this in a written form to Arhaus and they won’t relent although they have been paid. This is harassment

Arhaus are crooks
Purchase dining table. Within 6 months the top is splitting. The table was purchased when on sale. They are saying it is discontinued, but not when I call sales. They want to give the purchase price as a credit only. They do not have any tables they are less the 3 x the cost of the one i purchased.

This company makes promises that they…
This company makes promises that they will not keep. They do not return phone calls that they say they will return. The salespeople will have nothing to do with your concerns after they take your payment. Do not trust them.

Second couch failure in two years
Second couch failure in two years. Horrible customer service. Third party furniture repair company is pro Arhaus meaning no reasonable person could determine a root cause of a couch leaning was due to a pillow. If the couch can’t hold a pillow then should a person sit on it. Give me a break,

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience at the Arhaus Loft store in Stafford, TX. I was in the store yesterday, sitting on a piece of furniture and speaking with my sales representative about purchasing it when another sales rep suddenly came over and placed a “sold” sign on it, saying another customer was ready to buy.I found this extremely unfair and unprofessional — especially from a store that presents itself as a high-end furniture retailer. The manager, Mark, made the wrong call by not giving me priority, considering I was actively discussing purchasing the piece at that very moment. His response — comparing the situation to “HomeGoods” and saying it’s first come, first serve — was completely out of line for a brand like Arhaus. This level of customer service does not reflect the quality or professionalism one would expect from a high-end store. I left feeling undervalued and disappointed.

Arhaus charges too much interest
Arhaus charges too much interest. I failed to pay my reoccurring balance interest free on time by mistake. I knew I would get charged the interest on that purchase at that time. What I didn’t know is that after I had made huge payments to Arhaus for the remaining purchased balance that they would continue to charge interest on the interest they had already charged me. Highway Robbery!! I called them to ask why they are charging me interest on interest. Reply: it’s in the contract that I signed. That may be the case but it’s wrong!!! I will never buy anything from them again and I have bought a many items from them.

Predatory Sales and Quality Promises with Cheap manufacturing
We decided to invest in a nicer couch for my family. After having multiple back surgeries and needing something more comfortable we began shopping around. We settled on the Arhaus, Coburn 3 piece motion sofa. With the way the craftsmanship is described and quality is marketed on their website I had high hopes for this to last a long time in our home. After spending $6,000 on a sofa I’ve never been more disappointed in my life with a furniture purchase. The tag on the underside says made in China and after just two years the couch has become the most uncomfortable, unsightly piece in our home. The cushions barely held up after a year and a half. You basically sit on the frame and can hear the wood creak when you move. I am honestly blown away by the predatory sales tactics of Arhaus and lack of honoring their product’s quality. Reading into the website and warranty information it’s very clear they knew exactly what they were doing to cover themselves for each and every part of their product. The verbiage is written just exactly to the point where nothing you as the customer are experiencing will be covered under their “promise of quality”. There is no customer review section across their website, which should have been a red flag for me before purchasing, as now I know very clearly why. I highly disappointed and take this as a life lesson from a giant corporation that I expect was great at one point and has resorted to shoddy sales tactics to market their underwhelming, cheap foreign furniture. Needless to say I will never spend another cent at Arhaus.

Not the company they were in the past
We have purchased furniture from Arhaus since they were founded in the flats in Cleveland - over nearly 30 years. Since then, we have bought thousands of dollars of furniture from them. Unfortunately, we found out that they are not the same kind of company they were back then. Last year we remodeled our kitchen and our decorator, who also buys thousands of dollars’ worth of furniture from Arhaus every year suggested Gage Faux Leather bar stools for our kitchen counter. They were expensive but they looked great, and we bought 3 of them through the decorator. Within a year the Faux leather seats started to wear out. My wife and I are not large, heavy people and we have no children living in the house. This seemed totally unacceptable considering their price point. We even tried rotating the three chairs so that we were not always sitting on the same ones. Our decorator contacted Arhaus and filed a claim to see what could be done to correct this problem. After much back and forth, they were told that the warranty was only on the frame, not the material and so they were not going to do anything to correct (or even investigate) the problem. Just a flat “no, nothing we can or will do”.Regardless of what the "warranty" says, a reputable company would at least look into the issue and try to do something to satisfy their customers. The costly stools were purchased from what was assumed to be a company who would stand behind their products. We bought them from Arhaus not the manufacturer. We wrongly assumed that Arhaus sold only quality products and that they stood behind the products they sold and more importantly they cared about and took care of their customers and of their reputation. We were wrong! So, no more purchases from Arhaus for us. And we recommend others find alternative retailers for "higher end" furniture. Ones who actually care about their customers. Ones who have not forgotten the importance of customer service, care, and satisfaction.

Order #10A721640
Order #10A721640I’m very disappointed with my experience ordering from Arhaus. My order arrived missing a chair, and no one has been able to provide an estimated delivery date. The chairs that were delivered look outdated and nothing like the photos online. I wanted to exchange them, but customer service told me I can’t do that until the missing chair arrives—which makes no sense.I’ve spoken with three different representatives and none of them were helpful or informed. For a company that presents itself as premium, the service has been anything but. I expected better from Arhaus.

Horrible Customer Service. Not worth the frustration.
I had a great experience with Arhaus a few years ago, but this latest purchase has been an absolute disaster from start to (hopefully soon) finish. The first salesperson I worked with was disorganized and difficult to follow, which made the process frustrating right out of the gate. When I asked for a different sales rep, the next one seemed more interested in pushing the sale through than actually helping me.I was told the couch would be delivered in 6–8 weeks. That timeline came and went with no update. I had to call the store myself, only to be told there was another 4-week delay. Not once did anyone proactively reach out.Trying to get help through Arhaus concierge was equally disappointing. Despite claiming a 48-hour response time, it routinely took a week or more to get even a basic reply—if they responded at all.By week 12, I still hadn’t heard anything. I had to call again, only to find out there was yet another delay. Only after that call did customer service finally respond and offer less than a 10% reimbursement—as if that makes up for the complete lack of service and accountability.Weeks later, I checked the order status myself and found it had moved into delivery prep. No email. No phone call. Nothing. Just another task for me to chase down. I had to call and pay the delivery balance, and now I’m waiting again for a scheduling call. At this point, I have zero confidence that I’ll receive my furniture within the next two weeks. If it does finally show up, that will make it a full 16 weeks—twice the delivery window I was promised. This experience has been marked by poor communication, broken promises, and customer service that borders on non-existent. Arhaus has clearly lost sight of what it means to support customers post-sale.I won’t be shopping here again, and I’ll actively discourage others from doing so.

Fairy-dust pricing for middling quality
Pricing is absolutely gonzo in the worst way: pure fairy dust, little to do with quality or cost to make, and all to do with online-shopping algorithm. I acquired (2) Jagger Dining Chairs for a royal, royal fee. When I purchased them (even then priced as if at a discount) they were 699.00. Now they're full price at 479.00. I casually spotted them at everything in between. The make is decent, sturdy, even comfortable, but not what you'd expect. The cushion is thin and cheap and quickly compresses. The metal-colored arm rests are just that: colored with paint, not metal. Cheap. They chipped almost immediately. I bought some beautiful, lasting vintage dining chairs, so looked to offload these. I asked for 280 each, what I assumed was truly reasonable and in line with their true value. Not a single bite came above 150 per. The secondary market isn't so stupid as me. Do not buy from Arhaus, trust a fool that's wisened.
