My overall experience was a "BIG FAT ZERO"!!. You have an app that doesnt work! Second your contact form online is atrocious! You use a primative app that DOESNT WORK AND HAS NEVER HAS WORKED YOU KNOW THAT! INSTEAD OF PROVIDING A BETTER ALTERNATIVE AND A CONTACT FORM THAT WORKS, YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING ABOUT IT!! I SEE MORE AND MORE COMPANIES LIKE YOURS FAILING AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU MAKE IT DIFFICULT NOT ONLY TO PLACE AN.OREER ON YOUR APP AND YOUR APP THEN DECIDES TO PLACE MY ORDER FOR THE NEXT MORNJNG AT 10 AM???? I NEVER SELECTED AND IN FACT A CALANER NWVER CAME UP ASKING ME THE DAY I WAN WHY, BECAUSE YOUR APP DECIDED TO PLACE MY ORDER FOR THE NEXT DAY, WHEN I TED THE ORDER FOR. I PLACED.IT FOE PICKUO THAT SAME NIGHT RIGHT AS I WAS IN YOUR PARKING LOT. IN FACT I DIDNT EVEN K EW TJATS WHAT HAPPENED AND I SAT RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW WAITING FOR THE.ODER. AS A RESULT I SAT AT YOUR DRIVE THRU WINDOW FOR 30 MINUTES!!!!!! NO ONE EVEN BOTHERED TO GIVE ME ANY UPDATE AND TO AT LEAST TELL ME THAT THEY STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ONLINE ORDER. YOUR STORE WASNT AT ALL BUSY BUT INSTEAD YOUR MANAGER AND YOUR EMPLOYEE WHERE PICKING THEIR BUTTS!!! I REALLY???? What makes it even worse, isn't? You can't even cancel your order. You get no option.I don't want to wait for the nezt day, I want to be able to cancel my.order and get a refund. Np, you dont have that option and your online form whidh you know dpliesnt work so now I havw ti call to get a refund? Your intentionally do this because you know that their will be people who dont want to go thought that hassel but then again as uou can see but your 1 star reviews, these people now who used to be your customers you have lost as a result!!!! Poor strategy and crooked at that!!! I will be getting my refund and I will not be visiting your stores !!!

Done a online order for 3 classic beef an cheddar an a steakhouse brisket sandwich the food was ice cold i had to wait in my order.the steakhouse brisket sandwich was not brisket all fat from a pig.the classic beef and cheddar had maybe 1 slice of meat on it. SORRY FOOD WILL NEVER ORDER FROM BOAZ ARBY'S EVER.

Went to Arby's in Mcminnville TN. The sign was off but they were open. The drive thru line was full and barely moving. I finally got to the spot to order and the menu sign light was out there too. No one ever ask for my order so people were going to the window to order. I decided to go inside. I ordered and still had to wait 35 minutes for my order! Never again!!

Arby's on Range in Mesquite a Total Disaster
I went to the Arby's Drive Thru at 1821 Range Rd in Mesquite. I ordered a Classic Roast Beef Sandwich, a Coke and an apple fritter with extra icing. I paid and drove away. I took a drink of what was supposed to be a coke and it was a Dr. Pepper which I do not like. I turned around about 2 blocks and went back in the store. I did get the correct drink. Then I left again and opened my sandwich. I got some sort of a sandwich with cheese and a sauce. I looked at my apple fritter and it did not have more icing which I ask for extra icing. I went back in the Arby's and asked if they could at least get one thing right! Apparently they didn't get anything correct which is total just unacceptable. My order # DT392. This is just totally unacceptable that they couldn't get one thing correct.

I don't understand why Arby's would risk losing customers by selling tiny little sandwiches that look so unappealing we used love Arby's but after today will no longer purchase them .
I would love to send you my pictures I'm sending to my family and friends who all agree this is not the kind of sandwich any of would ever want. I believe people in this company are in it for themselves only. This will hurt the Arby's name that was always considered a reputable high quality food franchise. Let me know if you want a picture but unfortunately you are aware of this issue

I've ordered from that place twice within a month and every time I order there. They get my order wrong. The first time I order two Swiss roast beef and dip sandwiches. They didn't had the sauce to go with the sandwiches. So I had to drive up there and all they did was give me one cold sauce when I ordered two sandwiches. They didn't replace my food because it was already cold because I had to drive up there. I ordered today and I ordered extra beef on my sandwiches and they did not come with extra beef .I have pictures to prove it and the sauce came quartered full it wasn't even enough to dip my sandwich with.you Need to look into that place.

I stopped by the Arby’s on Monroe (Tallahassee) today around 2:00 PM during my lunch break. There was only one customer in the restaurant ahead of me, but after that customer was being helped, I stood at the counter for nearly 15 minutes without being acknowledged by any employee — not even eye contact.The staff appeared to be occupied trying to process a business-to-business “trade out” on the register. I understand that situations come up, and the employees were not being careless — but completely ignoring a customer who is standing at the counter for that long is unacceptable. A simple acknowledgment or a brief explanation would have gone a long way.I only needed a quick order to go and had to leave without being helped so I could return to work. Unfortunately, that experience means I will not be returning to this location, and I will no longer be purchasing Arby’s gift cards for my employees as I have done in the past.I am not looking for compensation. I’m simply providing honest feedback because this experience fell far below what I expect from a business that values its customers’ time.

Went to Arby's on N Salisbury Blvd, Salisbury,MD this morning. I told him my order 5 times. He had it wrong each time. Got to the window and she repeated it wrong. All it was, was a bacon,egg,cheese croissant meal w a light ice Dr. Pepper. She says ok I ask for a Sr discount. Order is 6.69. Gave her my card. She and the guy close the window. I get my receipt w the bag n look at it and its 7.72. I question it and they said oh We thought u said a egg and cheese croissant. You have asked me this order a total of 8 or 9 times. How many people does it take to change a light bulb? I ask fir the manager as they have put another figure on my card that wasn't stated which is stealing. The manger Cody listens n does nothing. I said you can't add any more on my card wo telling me first to see if I still want it at a different price. He was worthless n thought it was OK. The Arby's there is totally useless n I told him I would not b back. He, Cody the manager, supposedly, wouldn't make it right. Im trying to reach corporate about charging my card a different price than was stated wo telling me. Beware of online order
I placed an online order for a classic RB sandwich with onion and swiss cheese. I went to the drive thru to do the pickup and they stated they had received no online orders. I showed her my phone verifying order placement, paid monies and correct restaurant for pickup. She still insisted they had no orders. Okay I said, I figured I could go home and call customer service for arbys and get a refund. Wrong! They have no CS number but they have a online area for request of refunds. So I fill this out along with supporting screen shot of my order. I hit the submit button and it says that page doesn't exist. I tried to do it a couple more times but finally gave up. You win Arbys you stole my 5.62 but as God is my witness it will be the last.

Horrible Experienc Three Times
Our Arby's here in Georgetown Texas is a complete disappointment, especially since we are owners of another Arby's in Ohio and are concerned about this company overall. We've now been to the one here in Georgetown three times with the last time we ate half of our meal and threw the rest away as it was cold and not eatable. The crew didn't allow us to order at our pace and was demanding and rude and this is 3 times now. The floors not clean as shoes were making a snapping noise as they were sticking to the floors as they needed to be mopped. Mind you this is three times now so we gave this store a chance. Their parking lot has a few cars in it where the Wendy's and Ihop nearby are packed. Very dissapointing as we liked Arby's so much we bought an Arby's though not in Texas but we assumed they would be consistent in the food they put out 100% of the time. This is certainly not what we invested as so many choices here in Georgetown there is not reason to eat here in Georgtown's Arby's.

Went to Arbys in Big Springs Tx. The last 3 times I’ve gotten wrong orders. Today I did not get the classic that I ordered. The french dip sauce lid was half on. I live 80 miles away and didn’t know that the order was wrong and that the sauce had spilled out in bottom of sack which soaked the other sandwiches. I was 20 miles away before it was found. I really was looking forward to Arby’s but now I’m not sure I will go back.

For starters the wait time is ridiculous. Went through drive thru with a 6$ meal deal coupon and they charged me 12$. Last time I went through they messed up my order had to wait for them to fix the order. My sandwich looked and tasted like it was made the day before. Website Fails Every Time a Good Promotion Comes On
Every time a good promotion comes on, I am suddenly unable to order online. I can't use my birthday promotion now because Arby's website won't take any of my stored payment methods. "Error with Payment Method" message is all I get. I love the food and staff there, but I am ready to close my account due to the website issues. My cards work everywhere else. The promotions aren't available for in person ordering.

This is regarding location at Olivia Way, Fishers, IN. We had picked up food at this location. Not only was the order incorrect but the food was absolutely disgusting! The roast beef was NOT cooked properly! Most of it was literally raw... not just a little pink...RAW! The chicken tenders were also undercooked! We also received the wrong sides & were shorted on the jalapeño poppers that were ordered! The employees essentially screwed up the whole order, but the worst was the raw meat! We were not able to consume any of it! I called the restaurant directly to speak with a manager about it. I spoke with someone named Sierra who claimed she was an asst manager. She was extremely rude from the moment she answered the phone & refused to assist on this urgent matter or in refunding our money. She argued with me about the roast beef & essentially tried to say it was normal for Arby's to serve it raw. What?! After that, I mentioned to her I had taken pictures of all the food & was considering reporting the restaurant for unsafe practices. She said she didn't care. I then said maybe she needed to be reported as well for her poor customer service skills & negative representation of the restaurant. She stated she did not care about that either. She was truly just a nasty person & should be an embarrassment to the Arby's franchise! I then called the corporate customer service line & explained everything we had just experienced. That rep said a full refund would be processed for us which I will be watching for! He also said he would forward info to corporate about that Sierra. We definitely plan on reporting them to all appropriate entities. On a side note, I also contacted a relative who actually worked as a manager of an Arby's restaurant. He confirmed it certainly is NOT normal for Arby's to serve raw meat & that the manager is clearly incompetent at her job. Please be so careful if you plan on dining at this location!
