I was actually able to navigate the website which seems like a given, however, after logging onto a competitors, it was amazingly responsive by comparison. My experience felt like I was dealing with real people who have a hands on nuts and bolts understanding of the process.

I ordered a set of custom screen-printing screens from Anthem and was really happy with them, the quality was sharp and consistent, and the screens worked great when I printed my designs. Shipping was quick and their staff was helpful when I had a question. Overall, it felt like a reliable place for screen-printing and I'd order there again.

I'm an established musician who's been handling their own merch for my fans for years now, I bought printing equipment a couple years back & heard good things about Anthem's screens so I purchased their custom screen to print some shirts up. Once it arrived I opened the box & the screen had no protective packaging whatsoever & was damaged beyond repair & unusable. I contacted their customer service team immediately, provided pictures & they responded quickly but seemed upset in their reply. They told me that a "foam pad" would be covering my screen & that the only way it could have been damaged was if I had damaged it myself! I provided a video of me opening the box which I took for my fans before noticing the damage & proved there was no "foam pad" inside the box anywhere. They emailed me back telling me that I cut the screen with a knife, & that they weren't going to replace it. I didn't ask for a refund, was never rude, I just wanted help with a replacement since it arrived in bad shape. I have no reason to lie to them over a $75 screen, but that's the conclusion they decided to go with & trying to insult me & be funny, they offered me a 10% off coupon (which is already on their site for anyone to use) and a link to purchase a new screen. I feel so disrespected by this company for accusing me of lying, I wasn't able to make the shirts on time for the concert, my fans were let down, & they genuinely did not care, when I'm sure it would have cost them under $20 to make & ship me a new one since it was damaged during shipping using insurance, plus screens are inexpensive to make. Instead they insulted me & left me with a terrible experience.
