Very happy with Anna’s support
Very happy with Anna’s support, service and products .She has a lot of patience answering all my questions before purchasing . The products I ordered arrived next day, all was as expected and legit. Highly recommend her and her shop.

Wasted over $350 on the Deoxycholic…
Wasted over $350 on the Deoxycholic 10%. This product does not seem legitimate. I used it exactly how you're supposed to, multiple treatments, and all to simply reduce a little excess chin fat. After five treatments in total over the course of six months, not even the slightest bit of a difference.Update: Shortly after placing this review, I received an extremely rude e-mail from Anna's Cosmetics. Basically, they attempted to intimidate me into changing my review here and even had the audacity to try to flag the review (twice) simply because they don't like it. I'd post a copy of the e-mail here, but that doesn't seem possible.-----Update #2: The owner just keeps changing their replies every time they get a response here. They seem to enjoy bickering, insulting, and talking down to others. It's a clear demonstration of their integrity (or lack thereof). This is my last response, so if it differs from the company's current response, it's because they chose to continue trying to bicker rather than resolve the problem.Note multiple ad-hominem and straw man attacks again me from the company owner (logical fallacies). Two direct quotes from the owner...1) "with a degree in astrophysics you are someone who thinks he knows it all" To start, it's an astroparticle physics PhD I have, not astrophysics. Secondly, I never made the statement I "think I know it all" by any means. On the contrary, I made it clear it was administered under the direct supervision of a plastic surgeon because I certainly do not "know it all." I additionally stated I do have a degree in the medical field as well, but the owner seems to have intentionally left that out in order to create another straw man attack against me.The owner also seems to try and deceive you with the statement "you bought a deoxycholic acid based product in hope to achieve the same result as with Kybella. But unfortunately, it's a different product." Kybella is simply a brand name with the active ingredient of deoxycholic acid in it. It's no different than buying Tylenol with acetaminophen in it, or an Equate brand of acetaminophen. They both have the same exact active ingredient and as such, if they both contain what they're supposed to, should provide the same results. TO ADD: The owner DID NOT have that "warning" on their page prior to my purchase. They added that after I made my purchase. With it being only 1/10th what Kybella's concentration is, it would make no sense to buy it. I NEVER would've bought it if they had that up prior to my purchase.With that said, how does it need to be administered differently? Go ahead and explain, I'm more than willing to give you a chance to rectify this, like I already have multiple times while you continue ad hominem and straw man attacks in response.2) "I often wonder what it is that generates so much anger in people." Here, the owner is projecting their own anger onto me, accusing me of being "angry" when in actuality, I'm simply trying to be courteous of others who may be considering buying from this company.The owner has used the excuse that you're not supposed to use their products on yourself on multiple occasions. So, they basically state you're not supposed to use their cosmetics. Again, very concerning in my opinion.As far as the company's response claiming they have invoices proving it's legitimate... They make the naive statement that it's "not possible" for it to have been fraudulent or inert. This is simply not true. Lab results can be easily skewed. I've seen it myself first-hand in labs. Secondly, heat can break down any chemical. If it's stored in excessive heat, or transported in excessive heat, it can cause bio-degradation, despite the owner's claims that try to lead you to believe otherwise. Another problem could be the length of storage of the product, as a product will break down over time as well. Another customer brought up this issue in another review, where they stated the product was so old that it was inert. Not saying that is the case here, but just giving an example that despite the owner's claims, a product can most certainly break down in any number of ways. That's assuming it was legitimate to begin with.The claim the owner made about my review on a sister site is concerning for multiple reasons. The only issue I brought up is that this company (and their "sister" company) both ensure that you pay in a way where you have no buyer protection. You can clearly see here in the owner's response why. Secondly, the fact that the company seems to function under multiple names is EXTREMELY concerning to those versed in business.I think you viewers have more than enough to make an informed decision here. I have no reason to lie, the owner has every incentive to for their profits. You be the judge

If I could give 1000 stars, I would. I have been nothing but pleased and relieved to have come across such a reputable business owner such as Anna. My initial emails to her were answered within an hour and all of my subsequent emails (sorry Anna!!) and my endless questions are met with kindness, wisdom, and a genuine willingness to educate and to help. In the span of a week, I have already placed numerous orders and have received them, pristine packaging and 100% authentic. Thank you, Anna, for being a true and honest person.
