Very efficient! Quick to dispatch service calls with very friendly operators who you can understand well. You can expect a daily email as to what calls came in over night so you can follow up on each one so Summit Township DPW doesn't miss anything!
AMBS is always upgrading and offering new services to enhance their services. They are extremely responsive to any issues that arise and quick to make any corrections we need. I have worked with them for many years and will continue to refer their services to others in my industry!
The website is very easy to use to create or change our on call schedule. Customer service is always top notch when we have had any questions or issues.
This team works to ensure our customers are taken care of and made a priority when calling in. We have been with Ambs for years and have added multiple new lines from our acquisitions. They couldn't make it easier! I wouldn't go anywhere else for your on-call needs!
