We have been extremely happy with Alpine Carpet One and have made numerous purchases from their efficient, honest and helpful staff. We love their work (especially Luis and Mario who installed our beautiful engineered wood floor, tile floor in our downstairs bathroom and our waterproof engineered vinyl in our upstairs bathroom). They do marvelous work!! Without reservation, we highly recommend this flooring company!

Dear Carpet One,This is my second time calling on you to install new floors in my home. I am very satisfied with the great work and quality of the flooring. My home looks and feels warm and inviting. 1 good experience, 1 not so good.The good: Michael was great and gave me a fair deal on carpeting my game room. The installer did a great job. I was very pleased.The not so good: Norm gave me a very high bid to do my living room and no attempt to make it reasonable. Made me feel like my business meant nothing to him. I had to go elsewhere where I received a fair deal which was much lower. Very disappointing experience with Norm.Bottom line: I would not recommend

Carpet One in South Lake Tahoe has a…
Carpet One in South Lake Tahoe has a very good selection of wood and non-wood flooring from which to choose. A few years back, we went with Carpet One to install new carpet throughout the house and we found the same wide variety of selections. Thomas is a very comfortable sales representative to work with--a good listener and knows his inventory. Carpet One uses skilled installers who are prideful in their work. We would not hesitate to go with them again--recommend them without reserve.

Great Service and Installation
Everyone I met or talked to was very helpful and professional.The install was challenging with a cabin built in 1938.It ran into a 3rd day which we thought might happen but my original estimate was my final bill.The installer, Greg did a great job!I highly recommend.Thank you Alpine Carpet One!

This was our second time using Alpine Carpet and we we're once again very impressed. Paul was so helpful in the store and really assisted us in making our vinyl and carpet decisions. Jenny was super friendly as well when we came in to pay for our order. The vinyl and carpet installations went smoothly and the installer, Gonzalez was both on time and professional. We're very happy!
