If I could give them a zero I would. Let's start with you are calling a call center with no information on the company that's being sent from Locksmith Hyde Park. Second, they take your information, then you get a call from someone stating they are the tech and are attempting to schedule you. After someone comes to assist, they only give 2 weeks or less assurance, but they don't tell you about the assurance until it's an issue. I purchased a key fob from the tech, that was working on behalf of this company. My fob no longer worked after a month. I called to ask them to come check it out and was informed I needed to pay again because I only get 2 weeks to make for any issues. I then asked them is this normal for a new fob to stop working and they said it could be error from me due to dropping in water or my children damaging. I informed the rep I didn't have children and I am the only one using the fob, so I can assure no such damaged happened. He hung up, I called back and informed him I would be leaving a bad review so others won't be scammed out of money like I was. That same day the website and everything to do with the company was taken down. I would run fast away from this company because there's no way to hold them accountable. They don't give the name of the company that's doing the work and BBB isn't any help because they don't have an address. Learn from my loss and don't go here, find a company that is on the BBB website because this company is a scam. RUN RUN RUN far away.
