The worst website in history. What a joke!
I have been trying to unsubscribe from this service for 4 months and they ignore my unsubscribe requests.Every month they take another fee and I cannot get them to stop.Do not understand any circumstances sign up for this scam.
I left my purse on a Paratransit bus. I called, and they found it, and told me to go to the station to pick it up. When I got there, I was very frustrated that my purse had not made it to the station yet. Mr. Geoff Beaumont was the supervisor, and He immediately reassured me that we would figure it out, and we did. He went above and beyond reuniting me with my purse quickly and was very kind and compassionate when doing so. I can not say enough about the wonderful customer service this company gives.
They collected new fees/new subscription 2024-2025 even though they have confirmed that WTA TV is not available in my country since 2024. They never replied for my on my reclamation, even after several reminders.
I've been using WTA-TV for several months now. Frustrations are central to my overall experience: - Image quality is poor, often lagging despite good internet connection; - Always having to manually refresh the page to keep watching a match (while having to log in again because the UI is poorly designed), how inconvenient; - Other times the entire broadcast for an important event is completely down. I do not recommend and hope issues are being addressed.
These thieves collect fees even though they have confirmed the termination of the subscription. This isn't the first time.
I am a big fan of women's tennis and signed up for this streaming/on demand service in August 2023 to be able to watch a specific tournament. Expecting to watch many other tournaments, I took a year's subscription. I was dismayed when the on-demand videos didn't function properly. The quality was erratic, and in some cases so poor that we couldn't even see the tennis ball! In other cases, the recording was faulty and simply stopped halfway through the match, only to restart after the match was over, with no way to watch the rest of the recording. I wrote to the company to ask for a refund. The company representative who responded - as far as I could tell, a tech person - condescendingly explained the difference between streaming and on-demand to me (which was not a question I had asked) and told me that my internet provider must not be good enough for the basic requirements of their website. This was not possible, I explained, as we regularly stream/watch recordings on demand on other high-profile sports websites and have the best internet service you can purchase in Canada. I restated my experience and asked again for a refund. This went back and forth a few times, with the WTA TV rep insisting that the problem must be my fault. Eventually I requested that the matter be escalated to a manager, which the rep effectively refused. I am out over $100 for a faulty website that does not provide the service it claims to provide. I'm very disappointed about the wasted money, frustrated by the condescending customer service, and perplexed by the the simple fact that anyone wanting to watch men's tennis will encounter no such issues.
