What a great guy, the mechanic who came out to me was a very knowledgeable guy. Got me back on the road in 30 minutes

NEVER EVER USE THIS OUTFIT
Had an awful experience with these people earlier this year. Every word written about others’ horrendous experience with this joke of a company rings true. I so regret not checking their page here on TrustPilot before booking them. Utterly incompetent. Non existent customer service. Equipment that doesn’t work. Go for alternative options which may be more expensive but will get the job done.

These guys are absolute scammers
These guys are absolute scammers. I contacted them when by mistake I mixed AdBlue to my fuel tank of Audi Q7. This company popped up on top of Google page. I was in a hurry and paid £40 deposit via a link on text message. They sent a van after 3 hours of contacting. Seems like the guy ( quite young) was doung the job first time, he struggled to even connect the drain-pipes. Eventually he could not do the task with my Audi Q7 . He damaged by front bonet of the CAR and apologised. They rang me to refund the £40 but never did. Eventually I contacted Wrong Fuel Doctor next morning and the these were really professional people , and drained out the fuel within 15 minutes.

Awful service
Phoned this company for a tank drain as unfortunately I put the wrong fuel in, was initially told 2 hours to get to me. Agreed to this and paid £45 deposit, this was at 5.15pm. After several calls when they didn’t show up after 2 hours I was told oh they had a problem at the last job, fine when are they coming? An hour away now, called them back after 1.5 hours more and was told oh he’s on his way. By 10.15pm I gave up and got an uber home after my calls to wrong fuel expert were ignored! They finally called me back at 10.30 and said oh we are really sorry our mechanic had an accident on the motorway, I said that’s fine give me my deposit back and I’ll get someone else. They promised me they would be with me at 8.30 the next morning as I explained I needed to get kids to school so needed my car! While walking to the bus stop at 8.10 the next morning to get back to my car I received a text saying mechanic will be with you at 10am!! I asked what happened to 8.30?? I was told they had an emergency so would be here at 10! Finally they turned up at 10.30, took 20 mins to drain the tank and gave me a £10 discount. £10!!! I would never recommend this company to anyone, lie after lie and just want your money. Absolute joke of a company

Scam Company – Avoid at All Costs!
I called WrongFuelExpert after putting the wrong fuel in my car. They told me it would take around 1 hour, and asked for a £40 deposit upfront. After paying, they never showed up.I kept calling, and every time they said “30 more minutes” or “1 more hour.” This went on for over 5 hours until they stopped answering my calls completely.I have reported them as a SCAM and sincerely hope this fraudulent company gets shut down. Do not trust them – they will take your money and leave you stranded!

This company is a joke
They told me 1h ... 4h later still not here ... called them a few times in this 4h and after 4h they told me 55 min .. and guess what they still didnt appear 5h later. try other company may save you the head ache...

Absolutely horrendous service
Absolutely horrendous service, very unprofessional operator on the phone.. Guy who eventually turned up 3hrs later after being told an hour, was nice enough and didn't work for the company anyway, he had no idea how long I'd been waiting. I just had lies for 3 hours. Also I was told if I had of booked directly with him I'd have paid a maximum of £160, not £210!

Unprofessional
I dealt with this company and they emptied the fuel but in the process they got some connections in the motor all mingled and my mechanic had to resolve this with an hour labour.The company's mechanic wanted me to use some pressure cleaning machine on the fuel system, which thanks God I did not do and the company's mechanic showed me a few errors on the checkup computer and advised me not to start the car and advised me to do the 250gbp pressure cleaning, non of this existed when I went to my mechanic.
