Delivery takes long time and missing cabinets

Delivery takes long time. They missed one of my cabinet. After talking to customer team member and manager, also asked countless times to make sure measurement is correct they sent the wrong cabinet. I have emailed the manager when I ordered the missing cabinet, to expedite the delivery because it cost me labor and time for my project. They were unable to. Now it cost me a labor again. And they do not compensate for the error they made.

We have had nothing but problems with…

We have had nothing but problems with our order. All of the problems the designer and the team that was supposed to oversee the plans. There were 3 HUGE mistakes and we needed to call the customer service dept. This experience with Ashley & Nikki made the situation more bearable. These ladies went above and beyond to help us rectify the mistakes. They were both patient and helpful and helped us replace parts and worked with us to make the design work better. The kitchen is still not done as we’ve had such huge setbacks but I just wanted to give a huge thank you and appreciation for the customer service support we have received. Tried calling and emailing the designer and she has yet to return a call or respond to an email. It’s funny but during the process of designing and buying the kitchen she was so attentive and the minute she made a sale it was like we no longer existed. Do NOT shop at the SELDEN, NY showroom.

Nightmare project

Order no. 10652318Our kitchen journey with Wren has been nothing but disappointment. Starting with Designer at Yonkers office lacking of proper knowledge to guide us in our journey. The vendor assigned assigned to us was very unprofessional, he damaged our walls, part of the material for installation having us to battle with Wren customer support to replace the items damaged because he did not report any missing items. We were promised one design that he refused to make because he was not shown in the pictures however it was listed on the description. My guess is that he only knew how to read the plans but not the installation instructions. Will not recommend Wren to any one who lacks patience and have high standards like we do.

Poor quality, not worth the money

Every single drawer slide will not go far enough forward to engage the locking/adjustment mechanism. Every single drawer in my order has the sharp tips of the screws that hold the locking mechanisms to the bottom of the drawers are protruding into the interior of the drawer bottoms. Many of the panels arrived damaged. The pull out tower was damaged on the inside. WORSTof all, NONE of the packaging was damaged which means Wren employees thought it would be OK to send damaged products out the door to thier customer.

The person I spoke to was very helpful. He addressed my inquiry in a timely manner. He resolved my question about a product that I didn't need and he credited me for the product. I found him to be very polite and professional. I received excellent customer service.

Working with Ananda was a pleasure.

We had the pleasure in working with Ananda. She confirmed our delivery date. And was able to accommodate our request for a replacement dishwasher with no additional charges. She was patient with all our questions, and answered them with confidence and knowledge. Putting us at ease making us feel 💯 percent comfortable that our order was going to be delivered with no issue.

Wonderful Customer Service

I just spoke with Ananda and then Raven in customer service and they were both wonderful to work with and we were able to book our install date. Very knowledgable and helpful in finalizing a date and the installer as well.And a shout out to our salesman Norman Beaulieu!! He was with us from the start and could not be happier with the outcome! From start to finish he had great ideas and patience with us while we figured out colors and design. We will be going back to him for our next projects and referring him to friends and familty as well.Thank you Norm, Ananda and Raven! :)

Exceptional Phone customer service

Today’s phone call with Raven was not what we expect from phone customer service. In a time of excessive use of AI to accommodate routine delivery schedules , I was extremely surprised when a beautiful and kind voice greeted me.On top of being kind and professional, Raven was able to relay the humane and sincere interaction ,and made my evening.I hope that the Wren company invests and rewards employees who give a little more just because they caring enough on how they affect another human being.Kindness and professionalism opens doors and makes a difference.Wish you all the best in the future Raven !

I will start by saying my experience…

I will start by saying my experience with Wren Kitchens started off disappointing to say the least. After being sold a dream at the showroom the quality of the product was not good and my kitchen delivery showed up damaged and in poor quality. Calling customer service is a bore and they ask for so many details just to answer a simple question and help you. The agents are polite and kind but no real action was being taken until a manager took over my order. My experience was a nightmare until my problems started to be handled by the manager of customer service Megan. Megan has been patient and kind and tried her best to make us happy. After months of fighting and being disgusted with my kitchen and this whole ordeal I can finally say I am happy with my brand new kitchen and not feeling so defeated anymore. Just in time for Christmas. Thank you Wren Kitchens customer service and Megan for making my experience better.

We just completed our kitchen…

We just completed our kitchen renovation and I love the choices I made. It was nice to see it all come together. There were quite a few bumps along the way.I especially want to thank Nikki in customer service for all her help!! She was always professional, knowledgeable and attentive. She solved all the problems!!! She was a complete joy to work with. She deserves 100 gold stars!! Thank you so much Nikki!!!Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

The in store experience was great

The in store experience was great. Delivery not so much, whoever is responsible for the questionnaire doesn’t relay the information. Drivers were surprised by second floor delivery, they had to redeliver cabinets that were too heavy, on redelivery they again came fully assembled and had to reschedule. Communication is awful when there’s an issue and we’re delayed about 4 weeks now, probably more like 6 weeks because countertops will be delayed as well. Wren relying here saying they tried to reach out is great but a lie, I called every time, never once was reached out to.

Our kitchen is finally finished

Our kitchen is finally finished. Wanted to give a shout out to Melony who really pulled this project through to the finish line. A cabinet piece was cut incorrectly originally & then the wrong piece was shipped instead of the replacement. Melony was able to expedite our orders and get the coordination all done for the holidays. Can’t wait to use our kitchen!

Miles is amazing

I am only giving Wren a 5 star experience because of Miles in the warranty dept. He is very knowledgeable and so helpful in getting the job done. I have had ongoing problems with my order but Miles was able to fix them. His follow through was excellent. Thank you.
