as others have said, the customer support is very responsive however i have never experienced such an over complicated, over engineered process in upgrading a plugin. Instead of supplying a serial number that unlocks additional features, you have to log into wpmudev's very clunky dashboard that looks like a relic from the Netscape era and somehow activate the software from there. And its not enough if you are a Wordpress admin, you need to be logged in with the matching user account that set up the Forminator plugin initially. WHY?!! Some sites might have 5 admins working on it! In the end i asked for a refund as life is too short.

Best customer service out there
I've been a customer of WPMUDEV for many years now and my TL;DR experience is that they're easily the best hosting company I've ever used. I've moved my webhosting clients between 5 hosts over the course of my business and have experience with many more due to various client situations -- even the best of them don't come close to the quality of customer service that WPMUDEV provides. I now host all my clients with them and although it's not 100% problem-free, it's excellent. Absolutely recommend.
