What everyone else has stated

What everyone else has stated. Stay away. Send you to collections, assuming you are subscribing indefinitely, even after trying to cancel. Shady practices.

Every review is accurate they try to…

Every review is accurate they try to extort money out of you and will not allow you to cancel your subscription. They turn it over to debt collection in hopes that they will force you into paying them for a three-year subscription that you don’t want or need. The debt collection agency sends persistent and threatening emails. It’s ridiculous. It’s a subscription. You can’t force people to renew, but they seem to think so. Stay far far away. This website should really be shut down.

Horrible Company

Aggressive Company. The only reason to use it is if you need to connect to other dog people globally. T Unethical practices re subscription renewal and non-renewal. Only use them if you really have to. They collect money but don't invest in the product or care about the service or customer.

Scam Tactics and Unprofessional Subscription Practices

I was a subscriber to WorkingDog.com for a few years, but I have decided not to continue my subscription due to how they handle their subscription system. When your annual subscription expires, they don't simply block access like most companies do. Instead, they allow continued access for a short period, which can create confusion. If someone misses their notifications or chooses not to renew for a while, they suddenly cut off access and then threaten to involve collection agencies for non-payment.This tactic is unprofessional and seems designed to pressure and mislead users. After looking into it, I've discovered that this is a common complaint; many others have had the same experience. While the site has good content, its unethical approach to subscriptions completely undermines it. I would strongly advise others to avoid WorkingDog.com until they address these questionable practices.

Worst compay ever - warning

Worst compay ever. Stay away!!Do not buy a membership. They are using several names in communication and this is really confusing. I tried to cancel membership (a membership with no value by the way...) and this is how they answer"Dear xxxxOur office is center and distribution of a world-wide network of lawyers and debt collecting agencies. We were assigned to collect the above claim. Before we forward the documents to our partner in your country, we would like to give you one last opportunity to settle this over us, before further cost will follow and worsen your creditworthiness in your own country. You sure are aware about the fact that many deb collecting agencies and lawers work togheter with resellers of credit reports and make your negative data availabile"Cant belive a company can comunicate like this. first they confirmed cancelled membership and later they are sending several mails of late dates.. and a lot more.. Still no solution after 3-4 monthsSTAY AWAY !!Do not use them for any dog competion or live streams in competiton. Later they start to contact users, with goal to sell membership and this is how it goes. just se others reviews.

VERY incompetent team

VERY incompetent team, and VERY disappointed in Tyler’s work ethic with his dogs. I sent my dog there for over 8+ week training program. I received no phone calls/text from Tyler or Storm (like BOTH of them promised me) the entire time my dog was with them. When I got my dog back he seemed to be starved by this time, his rib cage was showing, shaking, and no training seemed implemented at all. My dog seemed to be scared. Im guessing they just kept him locked in a cage the entire time. Don’t waste your money on any of his “training” or boarding services! I can’t believe I trusted this fool! I will be taking my business elsewhere next time. Do NOT recommend “The Working Pup” to anyone.

BUYER BEWARE!

Complete scam, these people send no notice your membership is up and then they send you to a collection agency after sending very threatening emails. I had no notification my membership was due and the first email they sent me was the following threatening one:"We already told you several times that the membership fee of 76,80 EUR for the period from 27th August 2022 till 22nd August 2023 is still open.We ask you a last time to control the done payment or conduct your payment until 10th October 2022 here. Please note that the payment has to be done by you. We will not dispose a debit or something like that.Should the full payment not be done until 5th October 2022 we will block your Premium account and adjust the service until the demand is balanced. For the sake of fairness, we inform you that if the open demand will not be transferred until 10th Oc tober 2022 to our bank account we have to authorize our collection agency atriga GmbH.Avoid unnecessary trouble and additional costs of at least 70 EUR through our debt collection agency.I am sure it is happening to many other people that are not reporting it and just pay because of the threats. What a way to run a business, I thought the above message was a scam and ignored it, never in my wildest dreams would I think a Company would run a business this way! They should be shut down.

Total Scam!! Stay away

Total Scam!!Do not use themThey tried to come after me a year later for a subscription I didn't sign up for and random PayPal fees? Nothing they email you is clear as far as wording, but they'll send you to global debt collections. I provided my proof of payment for the 180 days- but I did not agree to be forever subscribed. I enjoyed the site- but I would never do it again just due to the fact that they are not smart at handling customers. Stay away from this business.

Exactly as everyone else has said! Stay Clear!

Exactly as everyone else has said, wished I looked at reviews previously. By paying a 1 year membership seems to them that they think this is you signing up to a subscription without letting you know or giving you any literature to read prior to doing so. Just stay away from this company as its just not worth the hassle afterwards.

They try to scam me to keep paying

They try to scam me to keep paying, claiming they didn't receive a membership cancellation mail, like they completely ignore the fact they have a cancel membership option on there own website, which by the way also is a scam in it self, you have to go through loads of stuff to complete it.!I actually liked the site and considered to renew my membership, but now.. no way

Quite an attitude, to say the least

Like the rest of people here; it's the membership issue which is very strange. I was considering whether to continue 'the membership' when today I've got an email with the following content: "We ask you to control the done PayPal payment or conduct your payment until 15th June 2021 here. Please note that the payment has to be done by you. We will not dispose a debit or something like that. Note: Please note that after the third reminder you may incur further costs through a collection agency. Therefore we ask you to settle your accounts receivable as soon as possible."Even though I found the site useful in some of my research for a working dog; I would NOT continue supporting this organisation any further. Go get some customer service training.

Cancelling membership just leads to threats

The site is a waste of money. Despite cancelling our membership, they keep trying to charge our credit card (to the point where we had to cancel the card to stop the unauthorized charges). They now repeatedly send threatening emails, and are also claiming to have sent the alleged "debt" to a collection agency. Ridiculous.

Stilzwijgende verlenging/ tacit renewal

Engish below.Ik had een abonnement afgesloten voor working-dog, een half jaar. Aangezien ik hier weinig mee deed heb ik hier verder niet echt naar omgekeken. Tot ik opeens een betalingsherinnering kreeg. Mijn abonnement was zonder mailtje automatisch verlengd. I had a subscription for working-dog, half a year. Since I didn't do much with this, I didn't really notice i still had it. Until suddenly I got a payment reminder. My subscription was automatically renewed without an email. This is not allowed in the Netherlands, but since it is a German-based company, I just checked out the regulations. They must notify this in writing when taking out the subscription, separately from the general terms and conditions. This has not been done, but they keep insisting on the next term. Definitely not customer friendly.
