Problem acknowledged by WOO but not resolved after 3 months

The tricks are not loaded on the app which is the whole purpose of the device. First e-mail sent on 21 September with screenshot sent and so on.We are 5th of November and the issue is not solved with the customer support replying « we are trying to solve the issue ».No phone number available to reach the customer support.Hands are tight with absolutely nothing to do.Those must be the worst 300 EUR I have spent.

Nice platform, Wrong Data, Design flaw.

Firt i really liked the WOO. Looks good, feels good and the whole app to compare you and your friends.. nice!BUTIt definetly measures wrong heights. And i am not talking about 1m offset.Also the Hardware has one desing flaw:Why the hell do i expose electric components to (salt)water? The copper pins to load the woo are outside, so the Anode is corroding. Then the WOO cant be charged anymore. Here i am questioning, why my 30€ Electric Toothbrush has Wireless Charging and the €€€ WOO doesnt?They told me to wipe it off with venigar.......

WORST COMPANY EVER

WORSTCOMPANYEVER.Took 6 months to get my order. I had to follow up several times to get it. I had to pay additional duty when it arrived. Months later they sent me another invoice for the cost of another unit. Even though I paid in full. Will 100% recommend not using this company. Use a garmin watch with a kitesurf app.

The V3 failed and Woo unable to repair…

The V3 failed and Woo unable to repair it, so they asked me to buy the V4 and this one do not mesure jumps properly.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. Been chasing a refund for over 3 months now. Daily chases last few weeks and no response after telling me it's in the finance teams hands. This is possibly the worst customer service in a faulty device I have ever had in my life. Shocking really and still not resolved. Would never recommend interaction with this company in any way

No warranty

I owned multiple Woo 3.0’s, which have charging issues due to bad design (pogo pin gets stuck over time). The company doesn’t want to admit this.I recommend to switch to Surfr.

Woo 4.0: Way Better Than 3.0!

I had a disappointing experience with the Woo 3.0 as it wasn't as durable as I had hoped.After contacting customer service, I upgraded to the Woo 4.0, which has been a significant improvement. The wireless charging feature is a game-changer, eliminating the frequent issues I had with the charging pins on the previous model. The battery life is outstanding, lasting much longer than my experience with the Surfr app, which always drained my smartwatch battery quickly. I had switched to Surfr but have now returned to Woo. Highly recommended!

Mass claim against Woo?

I love the sport as much as I hate the company destroying it.Shame shame shame. Testing products with customers paying 150eur+ and not honoring warranty or even replacements for the same (bad) product. Woo 4.0 being equally bad to 3.0. Customer service same old same rude.

I had had three woo devices- they all…

I had had three woo devices- they all died after a year! I got one of them warranty claimed but now my third device has died the same way- it wont switch on.Lets see what surfr app can do😀

Cheap chinese plastic.

Cheap chinese plastic.My Woo 3.0 worked forless than 16 month, then it was broken and letting in water. And I am not even a pro.Too cheap materials, and too high a price🙁

Don't buy their products

Don't buy their products. MI had a terrible experience. First one broke after few months, second one just after a yer. Used very little and always looked after it very well. Use the Surfr app as it's much better and more reliable and their customer sevice is much better.

My mail to WOO

My mail to WOO , after short use of the 3.0 version.I think you better can invest in a better product . I have a lot of friends who have the WOO as well . After a while 1 or 2 years problems begin to appear . Not loading , water in the housing , and no correct startup . Blinking light in every colour and go on . From now on I’m gonna use the surfr app . Mutch cheaper and accurate I think . I spend a lot of money on the WOO and I think the construction is to weak in all respects . 20 % I can get from my local dealer as well so the code you will give makes no sense . Hope there gonna be a WOO 4.0 very soon that will be more bombproof . This 3.0 edition is not ok I think!I think as well to avoid problems with the WOO as you wrote is really overdone if you had a good product.

Terrible after sales service

Terrible after sales service, they dont want to change the product and give you a 20% discount to buy the WOO 3.0 previous version not even on the WOO 4.0 which is already out. This company needs some competitors to make them change their behaviour with customers...

Stopped working after 10 sessions of…

Stopped working after 10 sessions of normal usage, now not charging anymore. Time exceeds warranty so no replacement. Gladly switched over to Surfr.

Sad company

I am deeply disappointed and will never buy or recommend a WOO again. This is my second Woo that is broken. Never buy this crap again! Time to move on to Surfr. You sell a product that should be 100% waterproof and then you refute the problem with the user.You then offer a scarce compensation of 25%.I have not received such poor service from a company in a long time.Good luck and hopefully you will finally make a good product.

Very bad product

Very bad product. Battery died after one year. Woosports customer service doesn’t care, doesn’t want to change the woo sensor and can’t fix it. Worst customer service ever. Don’t invest your money on this piece of crap.

Tries to record freeride when you want…

Tries to record freeride when you want big air. Cost a lot and can't connect to watches older than 2 years. Don't buy this expensive peace of crap.

Premium price but not working

App is ok, the beacon does not work after 6 months and the support ask you to pay to send back their s***. Too much money what it is.What about the 24 months warranty obligation?When the price is premium, you just expect things to work….

Awesome customer service!!

I had an issue with my app where I couldn't upload my session. It was quite a bummer since this was one of my best sessions on the WOO so far. I reached out to customer support and they were very responsive. WOO kept me updated throughout the process and fixed the issue quite quickly so I was able to upload my session again.
