Buggy App
After multiple attempts, including email exchanges with Customer Service, the app still wasn't functioning. Phone Customer Service reps were responsive and knowledgeable; however, when I'm outside the US, calls cost me money. I cancelled the policy.

Great Experience! No Complaints
I bought insurance for our trip to Egypt and unfortunately my husband ended up having to go to urgent care one of the days of our trip. I thought, due to my lifetime experience with insurance, that Faye would find some loophole not to pay the claim. Boy was I wrong. I filed the claim through the app, uploaded the bill and record and they paid within 10 days. Great experience!

Straight forward and efficient claim settlement
I purchased Faye Travel Insurance for our 30 day trip to southeast Asia. The purpose was to be covered with health insurance if something were to happen health wise. There was also minimal coverage for our travel costs if we were to have to cancel, lose luggage, flight delays, etc. We ended up having to cancel the day before we left due to a medical emergency in our family. Everything that wasn't refunded directly from the businesses themselves, was reimbursed through Faye.I used the Faye app to file the claim and submit all of the necessary documents. Within 2 weeks the claim was settled and money back in our account.We will definitely be using Faye for our future travel plans.

DON’T USE FAYE TRAVEL INS CO!!!
I am OUTRAGED that Faye Travel Insurance NEVER allows any individual to buy additional days of travel insurance once “a trip has begun”.(!!!!) I was shocked to hear Faye agents tell me this HORRIBLE FRIGHTENING fact after I extended my overseas return. flight to the USA due to Italy’s bad weather. Now I have absolutely no travel insurance coverage during the last 10 days I am in Italy!!!

The app and service is 10/10. Faye made it seamless to sign up and get insured. I felt a sense of relief my whole trip, because I had peace of mind I was covered if anything went wrong. The app is incredible. It gives you resources of local apps to download, provides quality info on your flights, and makes your coverage plan clear. I also enjoyed the level of updates from the push notifications!

Peace of mind. One less thing to worry about
It made our trip carefree! I had one less thing to worry about! The peace of mind knowing if I got sick I would be covered.! We drove to the ship in the middle of Mardi Graw we almost did not make it. It was Crazy!
