Don’t buy

I have waited for 1 month and 11 days and the package still hasn’t been sent. They also don’t respond when I try to contact them. NOT recommended.

Took our money on January 9th for a…

Took our money on January 9th for a birthday present on 22nd. The website showed it was in stock. When we chased we were told 2-3 weeks delivery - only when we chased. Here we are at the end of February, and still no updates. We have chased them several times, they have had our money for 2 months nearly. Are they are scam company?

ordered dart board and stand 2 weeks ago, still hasn’t arrived, it’s in stock as available to order… customer service not emailed back or called back, no such think as a call centre, will have to get money back frombank through charge back, avoid, will buy from target next time and support their business

I should have read the reviews before ordering but you simply don't expect this from a big brand.There just is zero communication from Winmau, no updates, no replies to emails, don't answer the phone. No way whatsoever to contact them. I placed my order on 14 January, I then emails them on 23rd and 27th of January but have not had a reply. I called them a few times too but it just goes to voicemail.I have contacted my bank and ordered the same items via Darts Corer that have arrived today and it was cheaper. I would never order directly from Winmau again, it just isn't worth the hassle.

Customer service is non existent

Customer service is non existent. If an item isnt in stock they will ask you to contact them for a refund however they never answer the phone!!! I've also emailed and still nothing. Save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere.In the meantime I’ll battle to get my order refunded as its hasn't been fulfilled. This most likely will result in a bank charge back !!

Paid for my order and got ZERO support – unacceptable

I honestly expected much better from Winmau.It has been over a week since I placed my order and I have received absolutely no updates — no confirmation email, no shipping details, nothing.I contacted support more than four times by email and also tried the website chat. No replies. No real agents. Completely ignored.This is some of the worst customer service I have experienced from any brand. When customers pay for an order, the least you can do is communicate.Very frustrating and extremely disappointing. I will update this review if someone from Winmau finally responds and fixes the issue.My order number: ***017213

If I could give a zero

If I could give a zero, I would. My husband is from the UK and loves darts. For Christmas, I decided to get him a new Blade 6 and wanted to order from the company. That started my sad and infuriating saga. Ordered in plenty of time for it to arrive in the US, but after repeated contacts with the company (each took about 4-5 days for them to respond), I finally gave up the ghost. I canceled my order and they confirmed it was canceled. Then I ordered another one off trusty Amazon and called it a late Christmas present. Fast forward two weeks after Christmas, here comes the original dart board! So I contact the company AGAIN they said "oh sorry about that. I guess you'll have to return it." I legit saw red. I mean seriously. Now they think I need to pay for shipping back to the UK because of their error?! They must be out of their minds. From start to finish, I have never been more distraught over such abysmal customer service in my life. Please do yourself a favor, order from anyone other than this company. It is guaranteed to be a complete nightmare. I will never, ever order from this company again. In fact, the next time I'm in the UK, I think I'll plan a trip to specifically have some words with these idiots. It is beyond me how they stay in business.

Winmau's service is as bad as my aim!

Sadly it seems I'm going to add to the awful reviews for this company. They are as useful as boobs on fish.I ordered nearly £200 worth of kit, after saving up my pennies and selling a kidney. I waited 10 days and chased them up. I received a reply asking me to confirm my address?! Apparently their website form doesn't work at their end? I then waited again before asking for an update. They then tell me they don't have stock and I'll need to wait 2 weeks. That's a month in total, at least.Ive asked for a refund, let's hope i get it quicker than my order!I'm very disappointed by this firm and would urge you to try Argos, they had everything in stock and I can collect it all tomorrow.

Absolutely shocking customer service i…

Absolutely shocking customer service i bought my son a light surround along with other various items for Christmas. The light is not right and sparks and flashes when plugged in, its dangerous. Spoke to customer services on various occasions and just get nowhere at all. Appalling for a large company like these. The product is unsafe to use and is just sat in its box

Awful customer service

Ordered some Vincent van der voort prism alpha standard flights, they arrived promptly but the fins are curved like a spoon. I contacted cutomer services and they initially did respond, asked for photos, got me to check all 10 packs and then nothing. 2 weeks since they last emailed me and it now appears they are ignoring me. I've tried phoning them and surprise surprise they don't answer. I like the winmau darts stuff but I would definitely avoid ordering anything from winmau/ red dragon as if you have an issue don't expect it to get resolved. Shocking customer service.

I expected it to arrive a bit late due to the holidays but we're almost halfway through January and they haven't even responded to any of my emails enquiring about the delivery status.Very disappointed as the products are great but the customer service has been non existent.

Winmau/Red Dragon simply failed to…

Winmau/Red Dragon simply failed to deliver what was ordered. I ordered a board and set of darts, board arrived without the darts. This was for a gift meaning I’ve had to buy another set of darts while I wait for Winmau to sort, I’m not confident they will do so!

Dear Winmau Customer Service,I am following up again regarding my order, placed on December 19, 2025, for the Masters Pro Dartboard Cabinet Set totaling $89.10, paid via Shop Pay.According to the tracking information, the package was marked as delivered on December 24 at 12:00 PM to my front door/porch in Burton, MI 48509, but I never received it. I contacted you on December 24, and as of today (January 1), it has been eight days with no response.I have checked with neighbors and around my property, and the package is not here. At this point, I am requesting one of the following:- A replacement shipment, or- A full refund to my original payment methodI have been trying to reach Winmau Customer Service since December 24th 2025 with not response.Please contact me as soon as possible so this can be resolved.

Scam

Scam! Bought a set of darts and k flexes 46 pounds spent was waiting nearly a week for them to be dispatched at which point I got a message saying the darts I’ve ordered have been discontinued and the k flexes are out of stock I’ve asked for a refund and the customer support team are now ignoring my messages for a refund. Disgrace of a company that is meant to be a decent dart brand. Do not buy! Product won’t be received money won’t be returned

Terrible customer support

I ordered a Dartboard on the 29th of November as a gift for xmas, DPD as the carrier still hasn’t received my order from the company, I’ve sent three emails asking for some updates on my purchase but unfortunately all three have been ignored. I’ve spent a lot of money on darts products but i definitely won’t be using Winmau again!

Shocking Service & Ruined Gift - don't waste your time!

I ordered the Professional Diamond Plus Dartboard Surround Set on 30th November, received 2nd December — and the whole experience has been a disaster.Delivered with no protective outer box, just the product packaging plastered with a huge image of the item. Zero discretion. My partner — the intended recipient — took delivery, so the Christmas surprise was completely destroyed.The box had been stood on and partially opened, and to top it off, no darts were included. So I'm currently missing part of a Christmas gift.I contacted Winmau immediately on 2nd December. Since then, I’ve been stuck in a loop of emails, few and far between them asking for the same images and details I’ve already sent multiple times. Weeks later, nothing has been resolved. The telephone number doesn't work, so the only was is email.This is unacceptable from a supposedly premium brand. Poor packaging, damaged goods, missing items, and a customer service team that goes round in circles instead of fixing the problem. Winmau has completely failed to deliver even the basics of a professional service.Avoid if you value your money, your time, and your sanity.

Issue resolved after escalation – excellent products despite a difficult process

I am updating my review to reflect the full journey, from order placement to final resolution.I placed an order of over €500 with Winmau / Red Dragon on 28 November, trusting what I believed was a serious and reputable brand. One of the items was clearly shown as in stock at the time of purchase and even remained available on the website for almost 24 hours after my order. On 29 November, I received an official shipping confirmation for this same item.However, on 30 November, I was informed that the product was actually out of stock and discontinued, despite the earlier confirmations. From that point on, the situation became difficult due to a lack of communication, with several emails sent over the following weeks without response, while the order remained stuck in a “preparing” status.After escalation, replacements were eventually agreed and the order was dispatched. The shipment then encountered customs and logistics issues, linked to documentation and declaration inconsistencies, which resulted in customs charges being requested and the parcel being close to return. In order to avoid this, I had to advance the charges myself.Following further escalation, the situation was fully reviewed and ultimately resolved, including the reimbursement of the customs charges. I appreciate that Winmau took the time to look into the matter internally and close it properly.On a positive note, the products themselves are of excellent quality. They were mainly intended as Christmas presents, and despite the late delivery, I personally enjoy the darts equipment and my family is now also enjoying playing darts with high-quality gear.In summary:✅ Issue fully resolved✅ Refund received✅ Excellent product quality⚠️ Process and communication could be improvedWhile the experience did not start well, I am satisfied with the final resolution and the products. I hope the feedback provided will help improve customer communication and order handling going forward.
