Service representative was very…

Service representative was very knowledgeable. Quickly acknowledged the windows problem. Informed him that the main bedroom is very cold/drafty in winter. He rectified the problem immediately.

I was very impressed with the customer…

I was very impressed with the customer support. One of our windows cracked and when we called for a replacement there was no fuss or questions. Normally when a company says lifetime warranty they still try to give you the run around when something happens but Window Nation didnt hesitate at all. There was good communication during the whole process and the repair was quick and easy. The worker was polite as well.

I truly appreciate the effort and you received in having my large window pane replaced. The customer service was very understanding when I called and explained that my window had a crack that I was not sure how it happened. Without any problems or problems, she said she understood and it is possible the crack was due to a structural issue or the weather. I have to say I am very thankful and pleased with the customer service experience and the pleasant technicians that came and replaced the window pane.Thank you for you all for your pleasant service experience…

Not Worth the Price I Paid

I was sold on the information presented around their quality of work and warranty / replacement services. That said, I called in mid-December to have one of the windows they installed repaired. (The bottom panel would not stay up on its own and had two busted parts that prevented the window from staying in position.) They finally got someone out to the house in early January. During the visit the guy said they didn’t have the parts in stock and that they’d have to order them. I got a notification on Feb 11th that a parts order was placed. Called in on Feb 24th and after 30 minutes on the phone I was told the parts should arrive sometime this or next week and that I’d get a call for the install. We’ll see how long it takes from here…In the end, if it takes 3-4 months to fix 1 window, I feel like I was sold snake oil. The service and customer experience has been pretty lousy. No communication at all besides one automated notification a month after someone came to the house. No one on their end knows what happened or why it has taken so long just to get the parts order submitted. Not at all what I was sold on. Definitely not signing up for the rest of the windows in my house like we planned. Not worth the cost and not getting the value I expected. Yet another business that’s too big to follow through with their marketing BS.

Why no replacement window brought?

The guy who came was great, but I am puzzled that when I called I explained which window was broken and I alkso sent pictures from both inside and outside of the house, and I know they have my window information on file - why did he not just bring the replacement window and replace it vs. having to order it and now having to wait another 3z4 weeks while it is freezing cold and i have the cold air coming in the cracks. Makes zero sense.

Do not buy from this company

This is in reference to your response of previous review. There was no miscommunication your sales rep Kyle Milholland straight out lied when asked if triple silver glass meant they were triple pane and he said yes. Anyone reading this do not trust this company. They will lie to you. They will take advantage of senior citizens and veterans. Very unscrupulous company.

Window Nation stepped up...

Ultimately the window installation was completed and Window Nation stepped up to correct earlier or initial installation issues. We are truly enjoying our new windows and doors, however the original installation estimate of 2.5 days at the beginning of December of 2025 was not truly completed until 8 total days of work that stretched out to January of 2026.

Don't buy from window nation if you want problems, these windows are junk my old windows that I have left are better!

Stop making promises to customers and selling junk windows I'm having all my windows removed including the ones from window nation and having Anderson windows installed no more bullshit lies from window nation!!!!!!!!!

Dear Window Nation,Thank you for your response. Your team came out today but I find it deeply unsatisfactory. Your team’s assessment that the issues stem from the windows themselves rather than the installation is both frustrating and unacceptable. I was promised triple silver glass designed to keep the cold out, yet I’m still grappling with drafty conditions in my home. This situation has not only failed to meet my expectations but has also turned into a nightmare that I never anticipated when making such a significant investment.Moreover, I am now facing the additional issue of a broken window, which raises serious questions about the overall quality and durability of the products you provide. It is hard to believe that, despite the extensive issues I have encountered, I am still left without a viable resolution. Your acknowledgment of my complaints feels hollow when the underlying problems remain unaddressed and unresolved.Furthermore, my financing issue—a critical aspect of this entire ordeal—has not been addressed at all. The financing arrangement has severely impacted my credit, and I find it alarming that after investing $16,500, it feels as if that money has simply gone out the window without any accountability from your side. This lack of attention to such a significant concern adds to my frustration and disappointment.I need this resolved immediately. I expect a thorough investigation into both the quality of the windows and the installation process. Additionally, I require a solution to the financing issues I have been facing. NewSouth Window Solutions Customer Service

This is about NewSouth Window Solutions, which was acquired by Window Nation last year. In December, I ordered a door that opens into a carport. Several weeks later, my wife was diagnosed with a serious medical condition that will ultimately require a high level of home care. Our granddaughter offered to move in with us to help me with that care. We decided to convert our carport to a bedroom to accommodate our granddaughter. It will probably require a different door and new windows. I called and emailed the local Fort Lauderdale office at least seven times to cancel the door order. Also called their corporate office in Tampa. It took three weeks for anyone to respond, with an “unwilling to change the order” response. I then sent a letter to the president of NewSouth. As of today, still no response. I give their customer service (and compassion) a big zero.
