They sent me different locks than what…
They sent me different locks than what was shown in the pic on their website. I was able to return them for a full refund. The lady Marie my girlfriend spoke to via email was super nice and helpful. She ended up ordering us the correct locks for my toolbox with weathertech and apologized for all the hassle. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Needs to be more companies and people like that out there. I would purchase from here again.

Your website offered prepaid returns…
Your website offered prepaid returns for qualified items (of which mine was one). HOWEVER, the customer service representative I communicated with was very difficult to deal with and continued to refuse my request of a prepaid shipping label for a qualified return. It took multiple emails and I had to copy and paste your website policy to each email. BUT, she STILL would not comply. I had to involve her supervisor to get the matter resolved. Very poor customer service

Price wise I had a few supply options…
Price wise I had a few supply options for the part needed. Decided on going with WGP despite some negative shipping reviews. Turns out a great realistic price for the part with light speed shipping that allowed repairs to be done 2 wks ahead of schedule. Thank You very much!!

Received the correct part in a timely manner once stock was replenished. I would probably give 5 stars if I knew that "in stock" meant the manufacturer instead of Willygoodprice.
