Excellent customer service. I ordered a digital download and, when I didn’t receive it within a few hours, I emailed to ask about it. They replied within hours and got everything sorted quickly. The instructional content is top-notch—and their customer service is, too.

A must have course in Landscape photography composition. I have purchased approx fifty courses. This is by far the best course I've come across on composition for Landscape Photography. It goes well beyond the traditional concepts of composition. Excellent Course, well thought out. Highly recommend.
Absolutely loved Will's courses - and truthfully I have completed heaps of them - the perfect blend of being incredibly informative but also truly inspiring! I believe he has helped my photography, both in terms of composition but also post processing, make some serious improvements... And I am still learning from each course but I also love how he is consistent with techniques and guidance, really helps to cement the learnings! Highly recommend!!!

Had some questions concerning a masterclass I was contemplating purchase that I submitted fairly late in the afternoon. Within a very short time I received a reply from John.Later on I purchased the Intimate Landscape Masterclass and had trouble applying the discount code. First I would like to share that we are loving the Masterclasses. Will teaches in a way that is realistic, respectful and enjoyable. In addition, his support team is awesome. They were very expeditious and resolved our issues of which we caused. They listened and figured out how to straighten out our accounts with ease. William is an excellent teacher. His videos are presented in an approachable, easy-to-follow way. Quality content. I hadn't used adaptive presets before, so decided to download his landscape presets pack. I didn't receive the download link to the Presets pack after purchasing through his website, but I reached out to William and he responded very quickly, and got it sorted out straight away within 24 hours. Started using them now and they are great. Excellent customer service as well as great product 👍 👏
