After an inquiry I was mis informed by Josh on the diameter of hole needed for thimble of my Martin heater.I engineered the install base on the incorrect information thus upon receipt of product had to divert to a alternate location for adequate framing then recall the propane provider to relocate the supplyAlsoThe “ instructions “ provided were extremely insufficient.

Charged a fee to cancel item not in stock
Item was advertised as in stock. Then next day they show as not in stock. Charged a cc fee to cancel order. Total scum bags. Don’t deal with.

Wild oak trail is a great company…
Wild oak trail is a great company however it takes forever to get an order and the toilet really sucks. Whenever it’s burning it stinks really bad. It has to be emptied way more than they say and the whole ad was a lie.
