The products were amazing!
The products were amazing. The gluten free breads were so much better than any other GF breads because of the texture and the chew. And the other products that I ordered were also delicious and because you bake them yourself, they all get a crusty outside, which I love. My favorite thing was the chocolate croissants. You would think they came from a French pastry shop or five star restaurant. The only reason I am cancelling is because my already restrictive diet just got more restrictive. And I appreciated how they handled my cancellaton request.

Amazing Products and Customer Service
The products are extraordinary; I really doubted frozen could taste like fresh, but it absolutely does. The best croissants outside of Paris! And the customer service is perfect, along with the ability to manage the subscription. Just pay attention to the reminders they send!

My go to gift for those who have, and especially those who have not
Yummy sourdough bread dough to pop into the oven for fresh baked bread is perfect for a harried mother of two who is also a nurse. Other meals are equally delicious. Customer service is immediately responsive, kind, and helpful. A Wildgrain meal plan is truly a gift of love for both the recipient and the families fed through the Wildgrain food support program. This is my go to gift for those who have, and especially those who have not.

Shipping issue with packing and a damaged item. The person I communicated with was very helpful and made me feel like my issue mattered to her. I was offered a full refund or replacement sent and they made the whole simple issue go away and be resolved in a matter of minutes. Good job all around - swift, efficient and kind help.

Due to allergies I always contact a company before I buy. Let me tell you how Marvelous Wildgrain customer service was! No generic response, thoughtful and caring questions and suggestions. To an end where they felt their products aren’t an option. Sad for me, but reading others reviews about the bread. I think I’ll order it for my husband.

Wildgrain is wonderful! Worth the price
Wildgrain’s customer service was outstanding! They replied quickly, had a set of solutions to choose from & once I chose, sent my few needed replacements right away. That gave me the confidence to now also send gift boxes to friends and family. BTW, the bread was excellent. I used to bake bread all the time, but having a husband with high caretaker needs means that I don’t have time to make bread anymore. I was really happy to be able to taste bread that tasted homemade and was so good. It made me very happy.

Superb products and service in every way!
The ad popped up on a word game. Intrigued, I perused the site and started with the minimum. Tried more and now ensure enough to share, baked or frozen - having the baking scent is a treat too. Not one product has disappointed. To have the scent of baking without the mess! It’s great because just one can be made. (Safer..then temptation is less bc almost right out of the oven - we use toaster oven for much - is so good!) Highly recommend for products, service, and the good they do. (Review is overall; specific date for the “dinner deal” end of Feb 2026. Next time for pizza we will be more prepared to add items on or have a salad with. Too hungry when they arrived!)
